Well hello everyone! I was thinking of playing a game of Mornington Crescent. We’ll be using the 304th East-Western Rules since they’re adapted specifically to forum play. Would anyone be interested?

Of course I have a map! As per the rules, a map is required to play the game after all.
@Spangled, the rules are very similar to the Oxford Circus Modern Traffic rules, but with the addition of
Coins
, which are used to add an alternate route to victory. Also the various Liverpool Street gambits have been rebalanced and they've modified the bombing rules to allow for more variability to the game. Other than that I think the only big adaptation is that you have to wait until at least two other players have posted before you can make another play, and the game has no player limit anymore.

It seems we have more than enough people to start, so James can begin.

But you can't do that sir.
See, one must at least pass through at least six other stations, be on the gobret, and have at least two non-homogeneous reclasuses before you declare, at least in this version
What's the penalty for improper declaration of play, Inferno?
In the meantime, seeing as I need an eight for that lovey play by Inferno above me, I will declare Homerton.
He is forced to take Hyde Park Corner and can't post again until AAAAA.

Then, Bond Street. I bind James. He has too much of a lead.

I object!
West Finchley is not a legal play. I have a snicket, remember?
Thankfully, even though I am bound, I have a bear to take me place. He will take me to Westminister.
Right, I meant to go to East Finchley, but typed West Finchley by mistake. East Finchley is exempt from the snicket rules, I think, because of the Barrow exclusion principle.
Can I go to East Finchley now, or should I wait for my next turn?
