don't really like this. to me there were several reasons I liked "Princess Paragon" and some of them don't really carry over to this version of the title.
I really liked Vi's title Professor Paragon and I think that Princess Paragon captures NSG that in the same way that that does because

1) Same alliteration, same reference to her being the paragon which I think is even more of her defining trait than it is of Vi's.
2) The main usage of princess in mafia is wrt Beloved Princess and NSG in her time here has been one of the most loved players on the mafia side of the site.
3) I think that she's been very reluctant to "take the throne" so to speak with regards to her hiding behind 'no expectations' and such and not really settling into the Paragon role, and I think that fits with the title of Princess, that she's destined for the throne but hasn't really taken it yet?

I really dislike no expectations, fwiw.

I actually really like this one. I personally think NSG's contributions to open games and the open setup outweigh her contributions as Paragon, but I also was not here when she went on Path to Paragon.

For the record, I think pops is more of a princess than NSG. I have never played a game with NSG though.

Pops gives off that royal air y'know. It's friendly, but also very specific almost bordering on rudeness like what true royalty gives off

I get the idea of princess as "loved/adored by everyone" for NSG but idk, i think she gives a more friendly/approachable aura than princess-like?

Nom Pink Ball for The Power of Love

First, it's a reference to a song I like. Bite me.

Second, Pink Ball is an incredibly positive person. In the Alipine game that just ended, he multiple times organized a sit down and feel good session that derailed the game from going toxic.

Third, Pink Ball in that same game managed to turn the positive emotions and gratitude from his appreciation pages into a crazy strong shield that saw him into the endgame with little suspicion from town despite being the only claimed investigative in a situation with several conftown and a really tiny mislynch pool.

tl;dr Pink Ball endgamed through the Power of Love.

Hi all, sorry for the basically month-long absence.
I realize I have dropped the ball and I have no valid excuse (unless you consider mental health to be a valid excuse for negligence of duty which I do not, at least not for myself personally).
I can offer an explanation of circumstances (basically I have been in a rut, in a very very severely negative mental space for an incredibly long time, still not out of it even but I need to at least try to do my job here because if I can't manage to do it then I need to quit it and I would prefer to keep the job because I think that a temporary negative mindspace causing me to quit when outside of the negative mindspace I can do the job just fine would be a shame), but all I can really give is my sincerest apologies for having such a severe dereliction of duty.

With that having been said:

This has enough nths to pass, but it fails to meet a specific criteria.
It'd be my title and simply put: I don't like it.
You can give all the explanation in the world for why you think it's a good title, why you think it's appropriate for me, why you think it'd suit me, why it's objectively a good title, and so on and so forth, but I would be the one wearing the title and I am telling you that it just doesn't jive with me.

All of the objective reasons for why it might be a good title don't mean much if the title holder rejects the title, and I as the person who would hold the title, am rejecting the title, sorry. Because it's just not something I really feel. To be honest, it feels like a title for the sake of giving me a title, a joke for the sake of making a joke, something which while it has its reasons and has good backing is something which when you look at it is just thoroughly meh, thoroughly subpar.

While my standards are low enough where I might pass a mediocre title, when it comes to wearing a title for myself on a long-term basis, it needs to be a title which I'd accept if I wasn't the title fairy, and this title is one which I would turn down, sorry.

I don't think no expectations is nsg underrating herself, I think it's her making herself approachable. I think nsg is very comfortable and aware of her ability to read people and play mafia, but I think she prefers to experience the game from a more objective position. I think her not "taking the the throne" is just because it doesn't feel natural on her. She isn't the sort of player to seek self worth or glory or fame from her ability or record, more she seems to enjoy the mild and unattached interaction between players. I think princess paragon would likely get accepted by her not necessarily because she'd like or dislike it, but because she enjoys seeing how people approach situation, she's relatively quick to appease, and she is interested in the way other people view her and each other.

For these reasons, I don't think the title fits.
