Also, I dont really get this? As in, after you die, investigatives might get messed with? Or random people get a potential miller or GF modifier? Or that potential millers and gf's dont actually work while youre alive but produce normal results?

The distinction betweeen these three seems quite important, but regardless, all these variations almost feel bastard levels of weird.

Basically when I flip Godfathers may come into play, so... Scum probably won't kill me of their own violation if their GF gets to be of use.
