Is x shot bulletproof just a shitty hp mechanic?

In the wiki BP works a bit different tho

Thus, many times players are simply One-Shot Bulletproof - passively protected from only the first kill that would otherwise resolve on them.

So since its passive it is essentially a 2 hp role

1 Town Doctor

Everyone has multitasking and the ability to shoot for one damage during the night. They may not self-target.

The Town Doctor can restore a player that is not themselves to full health.

All players have 5 maximum health. If they are at 0 health or lower at the start of the day they die. Health counts are always public.

Being lynched instantly kills. Lynches happen as normal.

Once per day phase, players also vote for a Rearranger that gets to reorder the player-list at night.

Scum has a factional once per night Dynamite. It deals 3 damage to a player and 2 damage to players that are adjacent to the chosen player.

Night Resolution: Rearrange -> Shooting -> Dynamite -> Heal.

All PTs are open at all times.

I tried to include all 3 rules but perhaps its too inelegant.

can someone do the algorithm thingy to figure out who won? I think it's oka or something_smart since both haven't put themselves first yet. I'm excited to see what November open challenge looks like and its almost middle of the month!
