I'm not even at the level where I can play a full song on the ukelele yet. I bought it recently, and I'm still only on the very basics like chords and which string corresponds with which note. But one day!

It was for Halloween this year at work. Certain people on my team were very insistent that we all dress up in costumes, and I went along with it to not be a killjoy. But somehow the costume theme became animals, and one coworker found 50% off animal onesies and offered to pick some up for everyone. The elephant looked much cuter and less ridiculous in pictures than in reality, so I didn't realize just what I'd roped myself into until I tried it on.

Yep, I was literally just eating at a Subway's of all places, in the middle of the city. They were playing Old Town Road, I looked outside...and down the street was what looked like some kind of police officer in a yellow vest, riding a horse. It was a huge WTF moment.

He wasn't even dressed as a Mountie or anything! It's also the only time I've seen anyone on a horse in that city. It was such a bizarre coincidence.
