You start the game with 2 unnamed soul contracts.
If you are attacked at any time during a phase, you lose 1 soul contract at the end of the phase. If you have 0 soul contracts when attacked, you will instead die.
At any time, you may choose the next contract that will be lost if you are attacked. If you choose a player's contract, they will unavoidably die if you are attacked. If you haven't chosen the next player's contract to lose, you will instead lose one at random.
Once per day, you may strike up a contract with any living player. If they choose to accept, they become unkillable and you gain one contract.
During the night, you may choose to force a player into a contract, making them unkillable and gaining you one contract. They will be notified.
Alternatively, you may kill one player. If you target someone who you have a contract with, they will die and you will lose their contract.
You win when all Town members, Scum factions, and other Neutral Killers are dead.
Mod Note: The player that this role offers a contract to will not be notified of who this player is. They will instead receive either "A Devilish Contractor offers you a soul contract. Do you accept?" or "A Devilish Contractor tricked you into signing your soul away.", depending on whether this happens in the day or night.
