If you click on your username, you can see how many posts you have in mafia-game forums towards the bottom right. You have over 100 posts, so you can apply for the Speakeasy by going to User CP -> Usergroups. Then click on the radio button next to "Speakeasy Inhabitants," select "Join group" at the bottom of the page, and then click submit. A discussion moderator will review your application within five business days.
