I have to side with roflcopter at the moment, with that kind of behavior appearing really scummy. They seem intent on getting rid of x-player now, and another z-player later. I'm willing to change my opinion after hearing more, but right now, I feel confident that he is scum. But I do disagree that we have to speed up when there is no deadline. I would like to hear more from Joubert/Alabaska though, and also from Chubbs, since he just seemed to give up.

Well, I think Joubert is the more scummy of the two, which is why I voted for him. I think Chubbs is just a newbtown (he COULD be newbscum, I'm not ruling that out). I just didn't see the scumminess that the wagon apparently saw, and didn't want to jump on that wagon. I think Joubert's vote x off today, and y tomorrow tactic seemed REALLY scummy- a lot moreso than Chubbs. Chubbs has barely posted, so I don't even have a proper read on him, so that's the main reason I didn't really get a scum vibe, even though I'm watching him too. Joubert seems to really want to get rid of Chubbs, along with a couple others, which I see as a potential mislynch.

Like mik said, I wasn't being tunneledvision, it's just that the past few pages were basically discussing only Joubert/Chubbs, so I figured mik wanted my opinion on that, but I wasn't entirely sure.

. I think after two mislynches in a short period of time should tell us to slow down, and take our time a bit, so we don't make the same mistakes. I'd like to hear more from Eldritch though, and also Snix, since he is also under suspicion.

I'm pretty confident in my vote with EL. I think we need to SLOW DOWN though, because Day 1 and Day 2 went way too fast. I think scum definitely jumped on both of the wagons, causing two mislynches. I thought rolf had a strong case towards Joubert, which turned out false, and I thought the wagon on Geddingsworth went way too fast, especially after what happened in day one. Maybe I shouldn't rely on others cases (rolf, armlx) on people and find my own, but for now, until proven otherwise, I think we caught scum in Eldritch Lord. Tell me if you need anymore. I will definitely respond.

Well, if he only shows up when he's the center of town's attention, a FOS (that doesn't even matter towards a lynch or anything) might get his attention, and put some pressure on him. I still don't think he's scum, but if he's paying attention, and someone FOS, he'll be more likely to get involved, instead of waiting for the deadline. I don't know if he's active lurking or not though.

There are four scum left in this game. 2 Fire, 2 Ice. We all know our alignments, obviously. I still think EL is scum. That means 3 other people are scum. I am going to actually re-read for the first time, since this game is so slow, and we have no deadline, after 2/3 months of nothingness.

Also, if you're a townie, that eliminates the suspect pool to 8. If you're scum, it eliminates the suspect pool to 7. Four people have the advantage. Just people a person on the EL wagon lynches him and he's scum doesn't mean they're a townie.

It's just my way of determining who is active, as I've finally returned full time to the Internet after completion of computer repairs. I apologize for any undue trauma this may cause. Even though I think he's the most pro-town, I could easily see somebody, who has acted pretty pro-town thus far, as part of the opposing scum of EL and his partner. If he actually hunted for scum, and lynched scum, he would then look pretty pro-town. But if he was part of the other scum team, then it would matter if he lynched the others, because it would help him even more. Obviously, I have not much to go on, but I've had a feeling, so....I am going to look at that eventually, and see if I actually have something.

I don't think Snix is scum though. armlx's case against Snix is merely due to EL "following him" and I don't see it.

I dislike orangepenguin. In particular, I find it slightly offputting that a large quantity of his posts are focusing on how inactive this game is, and instructing the mod as to who needs replacing/prodding. His content to the game is somewhat limited.

That's probably due to the fact that the first two days were rushed, and I didn't really contribute, and then the game died day 3, so naturally, there was a lot of "the game is dead' variety of posts. Hopefully, now that the game is going and alive, I can actually be a contributor, and not just a follower.

If it's because I am an orange artic bird, I get that a lot. But if it's due to my constant unvoting and voting, it's because I was trying to spur activity. Which didn't quite work. I just don't want the game to die.

I guess I can rule out the mik (now sek)/fl pair that I was speculating on before. Unless they are extreme busing, which would be stupid. I think fl is way more scummier than sek though. I could also see a fl/armlx as one pair.

Would it be a good thing for each person to list their top 4 suspects? And decide the lynch from there, after people back up their suspicions for each then. We can narrow the suspect pool down, and decide who to lynch. It makes sense in my head, in a perfect scenario, but I don't think it'd be good. Just something that popped in my head, since we all are throwing out potential scum pairs.

For example:

armlx: EL/Snix + Mik/Op
orangepenguin: El/Snix + armlx/fl
etcetera...


The pair that pops up the most will be looked at, and if we as a whole decide they are scum, we vote them.

sekinj and armlx are really the only ones who have pushed any new major cases this whole game..that are still alive. The amount of scumhunting doesn't reveal allignment, just whether someone is pro-town (which doesn't even work in this game, since scum can hunt for other scum in different factions). I do think Snix is scummy, but only in association with EL, but I think the fact that Snix hasn't done as much as you have doesn't mean he is scum.

Alright, with 6 alive, half of us are scum. Now, if you're town, it cuts it down to 5 suspects, with 2/5 being town with you. I think EL/K7 is likely scum, Ice mafia if so. Cutting it down to four.

I think either armlx or fl is scum. Leaning towards armlx, but I could easily see armlx being mafia trying to get a mislynch after fl's comment that can be viewed as scummy. I think sek is more likely to be scum than mayhem.

Leaving me and m4yhem as town. m4yhem is only there because I have no clue. He could be just as likely to be scum as the other 3. So I don't know. I don't think fl voting EL is scummy. I wasn't aware of that either- ITA about the inattentive thing. If he keep EL though, he might accidently NK some Fire Mafia though.

I am not going to vote until I am absolutely sure in my vote. It's kind of dangerous, with half the people being scum. If FL is town, then it's stupid for him to lay down the first vote, assuming sek isn't scum either (or at least not Ice Mafia), because the Fire could easily jump on it. That's assuming both fl and sek are town, which I don't think.

I meant 'good riddance' that they game is over finally. The game has lasted almost as long as my membership here, and so it's relieving to have this finally be over. Actually, I am glad the game didn't get abandoned, more than anything. I think armlx did a good job as fire mafia, so he won it for them, moreso, than I lost it for them. It would've helped if the rest of the town were active though. =[
