The way the newbie queue works, you have no guarantee to play in plot's games. Remember, receiving modfather means your games were the best for that year.
Also, this is something plot does consistently for how many years? You really wanna call him moderator of the year for something he's been doing for years?
The thread I linked is a thread Ploti got stickied in MD. It teaches someone how to mod and set up a game. Ploti for years has modded so many newbies. Too many to count. He is probably the best newbie mod, with over 37+ newbies modded. All of his games is modded in the utmost excellency.
This kind of deed is something that goes here instead of Modfather. Its unfair to make Plot compete against mods who run themes.
Running newbie games the way he does is a Community Serivce.
I fully support this nomination. Plot is a consistent presence modding in the Newbie queue (pre-dating my time as Listmod...I still remember Zooborns), and is someone I can count on to run an impeccable game with no moderation issues. Even though, as Alisae mentioned, you can't request to join his games due to how the Newbie Queue works, I still get direct requests from players to "/in for Plotinus' next game." His guide to modding is something I have referred to several new moderators, and picked up some tips myself (had no idea you could select and PM people from Activity Overview).
After a heavy end of Day 1, LoserdudeOG and I were vibing hard. You can see the build up to the moment linked of how duo’d up we were. Wishing we could be friends in real life. Then, after explaining that we both used to live an hour north of SF, and then realizing our connection to BBmolla, and LDog stating that Bbmolla was his roommate, we figured out that we have known each other in real life for 5 years already. It makes it funnier that we haven’t really even seen each other in nearly 3 years either, and everyone’s reactions to that happening, alongside with Loser going from locktowning me to “oh, now that I know who he is, he’s scum.”
Yeah, it took me like an hour or 2 to figure that out as well.
These banners went through multiple drafts and these are the best ones.
If I can teach Datisi how to do it, there might be an update to the banners next years to just make the colors pop out a bit or just brighter, who knows.

Nominate the worst for community contributor
.
I realize that this isn't properly formatted but I can't do proper formatting on my phone and by the time I'd have computer access, the deadline would've passed.
So I'll edit this post with proper formatting and a formal writeup in circa four hours.
The short version: look at the worsts contributions to the site; replacement request, gtkas, and more which I am not sure I am allowed to mention right now but which is undisputable in being valuable. (Ali will know what I mean.)
If you can just post a write up, I can take care of the rest

Hi so I thought I would have the nominations thread out by now but unfortunately, that is not the case at this moment.
The reason this is taking longer is because we have changes we want to discuss to the awards in the 2020 season. We have a lot in store for the community and we hope ywall will like it!
The reason I am writing this post is because I want to encourage people to pm me if they want to be notified when the new nominations thread is live.
My hope is that we can finish discussing changes to the season and get the new nomination thread out before the ceremony.
Sorry for the wait, but hopefully the changes planned will make the wait worth it!
