A proposal as to how to continue has been PM'd to the spymasters, but for the time being the guess in #3546 is being ruled void, meaning it must be guessed again after Menalque's actual clue to count.

The error's mine—I thought when Haschel ruled that HEART was blue, the red team had guessed it and the turn passed to the blue team instead of it being blue's turn all along. Overturning #3546 being void; blue team has one more word to guess for the clue in #3535.

By the by, did any of the people on my team play Magic: The Gathering? Because I was so close to giving WEATHERLIGHT 3 as a clue to pick up Deck, Air, and Spell but knew if none of you played then it would be a wasted clue.

You guys were really close there on points

I didn’t think through the implication of “M” with spell, or “cat” with life

The clues meant to be attained were:

LEGION — eagle, foot (for foot soldiers) and ghost (as in the biblical figure of legion who was possessed by many spirits)

M — I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to check past games to see familiarity with James Bond, I only remembered it being mentioned but not if people said they knew it well or poorly. Overall I decided not to check as I was unsure of the rules. It was meant to be spy (she’s a spy) lead (she’s Bond’s boss) and ghost (spoiler: she’s dead, and I thought maybe she featured in spectre in Bond’s head or something? Not sure)

CAT — was meant to be tail and heart (I was just thinking pure anatomy)

TELLTALE — you got it. I thought about giving this much earlier but wasn’t sure if you’d know the story or not. It’s “ghost” because I consider it a ghost story, even if there’s no ghost in the story

Congratulations to the red team and well done to my team on pulling back from what I thought was a pretty awful position to one where we had a shot if Haschel’s last clue hadn’t nailed it
