I don't get this zeebu wagon. He posts an intentionally scummy/baity first post, gets some votes and then claims a scummy post restriction? I don't see him doing that as scum. Or at least, it's a lot less likely for scum to do it. Scum doesn't need to make up an excuse of a post restriction if they want to avoid giving out many reads. It's a 21 player meme game; most people already aren't.
The post restriction can probably come from any alignment though, considering the nature of this game. But the reasons for the wagon are NAI.
