The majority of the group—plus one—turned to face the person wearing a trenchcoat, holding a gun in one hand, and a rose in the other. The painted smiley face on the bag of flour that was supposed to be their head seemed to frown slightly as they awkwardly turned to face Korina. "Well... you're dead now..." he slowly began, looking around the room.

"No," they plainly said.

"What do you mean 'no'?" Korina impatiently asked.

Without another word, they shoved a small card into Korina's paws before pointing at part of it. Instantly Korina's jaw dropped as he said "Ah..." before turning to face the rest of the group. "Yea, they're lynchproof. They aren't going to die. Instead, nobody is lynched here, and you guys effectively wasted a day. Anyways, with that in mind, I have some...

As a reminder, your GIM invention can be used alongside your normal abilities. Your GIM invention is not affected by any of your modifiers. Whatever you are told it is, is exactly what it is, and is what will activate. All GIM inventions are 1-Shot as well, and the number of shots may not be increased whatsoever.

You cannot be a secret VT; all players but one have at least one night action. Additionally, modifiers can be a lie. Day Two Flavor

The next few minutes seemed to slowly drag on as Korina steadily emptied the room of everyone except you. When you were the last person in the room and when he finally returned, he silently stared at you—an amused expression lingering on his face. "Now, I've told everyone the same thing already, but I'm going to say it again: I'm going to lead you to a room with your name on it. When you get there, I want you to stay in that room, and write down on the sheet of paper what action you're going to take tonight for our little game of mafia. Realistically, I know that won't happen, so I've included the materials you need to LARP your action. My only requests are that you don't snoop around, and that no matter what you do, you do

not

let the goose out. Understood?" he emphetically expressed.

You simply nodded in reply. That seemed to be a good enough response for Korina, as he lead you out of the courtroom and down a hallway. Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed that on each of the doors were flimsy gold plates, each engraved with a different name. At the very end of the hall was your room. Korina simply opened the door, gently ushered you in, and then closed it. You could hear his footsteps receeding down the hall until there was silence. That silence didn't last very long until you heard someone open their door and discreetly whisper-shout "Is he gone?"

Nobody replied; however, to whoever said it, that was sign enough. A few seconds later, you heard the hallway suddenly burst to life as people started frantically milling about. You didn't even bother grabbing what was left inside the room before exiting into the chaotic mess. You couldn't tell where Korina was, and you were wanting to get an edge on everyone else in the game, so you did the only logical thing: You started snooping around. You figured you had roughly a few minutes before Korina would return, so you decided to hurry down the hallway and see what you could find. It didn't take you very long. You quickly found someone wearing Oblivion Guard armor, and standing outside of a door, shouting "Stop! You have violated the law! Pay the court a fine or serve your sentence! Your stolen goods are now forfeit!" at anyone who passed them—or even tried to enter that room for that matter. You also could hear some omnious, cult-like chanting, but you weren't sure where it was coming from, as well as the sound of a nerf gun being fired, only to have two nerf guns fire in unison.

But the thing that drew your attention the most was the door labeled "Keep out - Goose." You know that Korina told you not to let the goose out, but you weren't sure what that exactly meant. You weren't even sure if he could be trusted about that—he did kidnap you after all. Slowly opening the door, you stuck your head inside. Contained in the room was a goose. It blankly stared at you before honking and flapping its wings. It did this a few more times before running towards you. You instantly leapt backwards in shock as the goose escaped the room. The entire hallway went silent as the goose stepped out into it. It looked around at a few pepole—intermittetly honking at them—as Korina re-entered the hallway, holding several sheets of paper in one of his paws.

He didn't seem to have noticed the goose—he was still too intently focused on the paper he was holding—as he began to say "Hey guys, we're about to begin..." He paused, looking up. His gaze instantly fell upon the goose as it stared back at him. His expression immediately fell. "Who let out the goose?" he plainly asked in a deadly whisper. Nobody said anything. Korina sighed as he closed his eyes. "Alright, just ignore the goose, and everything should be fine. Let's all go back to the courtroom for now, and someone else will take care of the goose, alright?" he concluded with, as he turned around.

When he was no longer facing the goose, you noticed the goose lowering its head as it started rapidly waddling towards Korina. Before he could do anything, you noticed the goose grab the papers he was holding and run away with them. It didn't take long for Korina to catch up with the goose and start trying to get the papers back. The goose however, didn't want to let go of the papers. This went on for a few moments before you could hear the sound of torn paper echoing through the hall along with a loud thud. Everyone instantly turned to look at Korina, who was now on the floor, holding half of the sheets he once had, while the goose ran away, triumphantly honking. He slowly got up off the ground as he looked at the papers.

Not even a second later, you saw him lower his head in defeat as he turned to face the group. "Alright, I'm going to be honest here with you guys. The goose stole half of the papers, and that half contained information about your roles, how many charges of certain abilities you had left, and today's event. Here's what we're going to do. I'm going to bullshit that entire missing half, and since none of you fessed up about letting the goose out, I feel like this is entirely justified: For today, and today alone, nobody will have their roles revealed, and this isn't related to the goose at all, but I'm alive in the game once again. Ok? Ok. Get back in the courtroom. We're continuing the game," he angrily said, turning to enter the courtroom.

Unflavored Event Details

Because the Goose caused havoc, all X-Shot roles have been given a random number of extra charges. If you have multiple X-Shot abilities, each of those abilities were given a random number of extra charges. Additionally, the Goose will cause havoc during all of today at random times.

Also, there will be no reveals today. All players who have died will not flip. Last Wills will reveal as normal, unless tampered with by a Janitor, or similar roles. This is not part of the event, but rather the result of a GIM Invention. Additionally, Korina is once again alive. This is either the result of his role, another player's role, or a GIM Invention.

The entire courtroom fell silent as the majority voted against Chemist1422. None dared move a muscle as Korina stared at the group. He slowly shifted his focus towards the door, prompting everyone else to follow suit. Nobody questioned it as they stared at the giant oak doors leading into the room. A few seconds later, Chemist1422 finally spoke up. "Why are we staring at a door tbh?"

"We're waiting for Agent 47 to show up. He should be here any moment now," Korina replied without missing a beat.

"What?" Chemist1422 breathlessly replied, turning to face Korina as the door was suddenly kicked open. Standing there was a middle-aged man with a deadly expression on his face, wearing a clown suit and holding two fishes. Everyone knew who it was without saying a word—Agent 47—as they slowly stalked forwards. Chemist1422 and Rautherdir silently stared at the man in horror as he approached. A second later, he threw both of the fishes at the two of them, before running out of the courtroom. The fishes loudly slapped their faces as they raised an eyebrow to stare at Korina.

"Well, that was uh... very anticlimatic. I was honestly expecting more than that... Anyways, I guess it means both of you are now dead. Even though there aren't any flips today, I still need your role to see if anything resolves," Korina slowly explained, looking around the room in confusion. It was obvious not even he was sure about what was going on. As Chemist1422 and Rautherdir walked forwards and handed Korina the index card with their role on it, Korina quickly scanned them over before turning to face the rest of the group.

"Hey, uh... Chemist1422 just won. They were a Jester. They also have a vengekill... so..." he began, before turning to face Chemist1422. "Who do you want to kill?"

Without a moment of doubt, Chemist1422 raised the nerf gun and aimed it at the trench-coat wearing figure, directly at the painted smile face. The gun clicked, the bullet flew, and it struck directly in the middle of the flour sack. Particles of dust and flour scattered everywhere as Chemist1422 silently smirked. "Bang," he softly whispered.

Korina grimaced before solemnly nodding. He walked over the figure, sticking a single paw out. "Your card and the flag please," he gently whispered. The figure grumbled, but obliged, thrusting an index card into one paw, and a flag into the other. Korina swiftly unfolded the flag as he dragged a flagpole into the middle of the room, and quick as a flash, he hooked the flag onto the pole. It was a small purple flag, with a dog placed directly above a pentagram. He took a single step away from it before turning to face the rest of the group.

Fanning all seven index cards he collected, he produced a small lighter in his other hand and clicked it to life. Neatly placing all the cards in a stack again, he held the amber flame up to the white paper. A small, dark hole steadily burned through the center of the paper before the entire stack caught fire as Korina silently whispered "Ignite."

It didn't last long however. The Goose quickly found its way into the courtroom, and ran towards Korina, wings splayed as it loudly honked. Korina instantly dropped the cards—extinguishing them—as he jumped and stared at the goose. The goose stared back at him, before honking once again. Korina vainly tried shooing it, only to have the goose start chasing him out of the room. With him gone, you decided to steal a glance at what little remains of the index cards...

I will give three separate answers to each question, with one being the truth and the other two being lies. Questions unused from today are carried over to tomorrow. If all questions are exhausted today, a new event will occur tomorrow. All players may propose only one question at a time, and players will vote on what questions they want to ask. If a majority vote is reached on any question, the question will be asked. Players may also vote for as many questions as they wish at once.

The courtroom was filled with a loud chatter and buzz as The Most Honorable Judge, Jury, and Executioner Korina looked at the entire room from the judge's chair. After a few minutes, he loudly banged his gavel shouting "Order! Order in the court!" loudly above everyone else. The room steadily fell silent as they turned to face him. When the entire room fell silent, he smirked to himself. "A verdict has been reached, quite quickly in fact. The Jurists have decided to hand down their own verdict instead."

Korina looked up at DreamingLich, as one of the hooded figures handed Korina a sheet of paper. He slowly unfolded it, as he held it up to the light. "DreamingLich, the court hereby finds you... guilty!" Without another word, the bailiffs hauled DreamingLich out of the courtroom as Korina held up another sheet of paper. This one was notably longer than the first. He looked at it a few times, stumbling over his words before throwing it in the middle of the courtroom and walking away.

I am absolutely sorry for not responding to this sooner. I'm currently dealing with a really bad flu, and I've felt like shit pretty much since last Saturday. I will absolutely resolve everything after I get up since I've started to feel somewhat better. Once again, I'm really sorry.

Unfortunately, given that <25% of the current playerbase had replied to this outreach, I can only imagine how many replacements that would likely lead to in the coming days after reopening the thread to attempt to continue the game.

Compounding that with what appears to me like a site-flake on behalf of the original moderator of this game, the very confusing nature of the setup that I firmly don't believe I could live up to, and the radio silence I've recieved upon reaching out to more than one site/listmod, it is my unfortunate displeasure to announce that this game has been abandoned.

I'd like to sincerely apologize to those who did forward their night actions, those that may have missed or overlooked my reaching out, and to both the worst and Untrod Tripod for not having the capability to pick this game up where it was left off.

I take full responsibility for this as much as I can. If that means my mod experience has to take a cut, or some equally applicable reprimand needs to take place, I fully accept and understand that and will resign to whatever that may be.

I'm truly sorry.

No, if anyone should be taking a moderator cut/reprimand, it should be me. I did not communicate effectively about what was going on in real life and how it was affecting the game and all that stuff, as a result, the game suffered heavily, not to mention my inability to access the site for a few weeks. Not to mention I know I did not give this game the amount of time I should've when I could've. Regarding my inability to access the site though: I'm not sure why it started, or how it started, but one day I was unable to access the site, but I could access other sites just fine. There were a few points where I was able to access the site, but those windows were far apart and very small. At one point I was able to access the site long enough to try to resolve the night, but when I went to go review the actions and ensure they were correct, the site wouldn't load. Additionally, there were plenty of mistakes from my end. Most of them were from honest oversight, (namely me looking at the roles to try to verify how it'd resolve and me missing over it, or looking at the PM you were sent, which contains lies, or something similar.)

Over all, I am deeply sorry from the bottom of my heart for all of this. I did not purposefully intend for this to happen; however, I did run this game knowing that something akin to this could potentially happen, (not me losing access to the site for a few weeks, but a point where a massive amount of players just lose interest and it brings the game to a halt.) I will be attempting to release all the PTs and any information regarding this game within the next 48-96 hours, considering I am having to move to summer housing at my college within the next few days. At a worst case scenario, it will be released around this time next week.

Once again, I am deeply sorry for all of this, and I fully accept any consequences that arise from this.
