Clarification about the Points rule. When calculating X, do you use only your own chips or all the chips in the game?

Why the fuck did transparency pass? Now it's a lot less likely rules affecting chip values get passed since we all can calculate exactly who benefits.

Combined Chips, Combined Values is a terrible rule that completely removes the risk-reward of combining chips. I will be voting no and I urge the rest of you to do the same.
