That's correct; for this blitz version, any form of communication is acceptable PROVIDED you are on the same tribe. PM, site chat, discord, text message, smoke signals, it's all good.

With 11 players, I think we'll forego the initial tribal split and proceed directly to the merge and individual challenges.

Please familiarize yourself with the ruleset in the OP. Let's give this five more minutes for any stragglers, and then we can jump in to the first round. Feel free to exchange Discord info or any other contact you'd like to use. It may be helpful for everyone to post what their preferred/fasted form of communication is.

Okay! The first round of discussion begins now.

This is also the first time you have to search for an idol. Search for an idol by
PMing me
a percentage as listed in the OP. I will roll secretly for the success or failure of that search. Xofelf is comoderating, and has volunteered to be our recordkeeper. I'll run point on the actual game.

You have fifteen minutes until the first immunity challenge. (expired on 2020-02-24 17:51:00)

With a guess of 2, Ircher wins immunity. Well played!

Side note: Until that number was submitted, we were formulating a plan for everyone guessing over. In the future, once all guesses are in, we will reroll until someone's guess qualifies

To answer some questions, yes, with 11 players, all eliminated players will form the jury. If an eliminated player flakes, we'll just go with who we have. Idols, if found, may be submitted for yourself or another when voting occurs. When an idol is used, a new one is created to be found.

The number was 83.

Datisi wins individual immunity with a guess of 55!

Voting will start in 8 minutes. As this round will choose the Final Four, this is the last round where hidden immunity idols may be used. They will not be searched for next round.

The number was...40!

Entreri has won individual immunity with a guess of 34! He in fact guessed 34 every time, so I'm delighted to see it pay off.

Entreri is safe in the final three. Entreri, choose one player to go with you.

I do think entreri played a better game than monty but I didn't want to take any potential ips votes away so I didn't say anything.

Okay, I'm gonna have to go with Monty for my primary vote because while all 3 of them gave me like 1 decent and 1 poor response during FTC, Monty was the only one of the three who actually communicated with me.

I think my second vote goes to IPS because I don't like how entreri is spinning his story as he played a slighty better game than Monty. I think entreri should've done things that made him stand out on his own rather than him trying to overshadow his competitor.

I think I buy Ent beimg the more important member of the duo.

So its a vote between playing the middle, or playing a side successfully. I love it when people play the side, and I really want to vote for IPS to win, but I don't think I can deny Ent's pathway would be more successful most of the time.

Vote entreri

Menalque wrote:Please add this to my vote:

"I think monty played the best all around game. Played up front, and in the game I felt like he was more the driving force of the entreri-monty duo, too. I liked that he was willing to share credit in the FTC in a way that struck me as more honest than entreri who I felt like was trying to take credit for things he didn't do (I would strongly contend that the mariaR lynch, and to a lesser extent the ircher Lynch) were not things there were in control of, for instance. Humble, bold, and the biggest plays. My vote goes to you.

IPS, dude, I just didn't speak to you and didn't really have any idea what you were doing throughout the game. That meant I had no questions for you really, and it's why I'm not giving my vote to you.

If you have thoughts on how to improve or streamline the ruleset, feel free to let me know. This was
intended
to be a faster, more casual game to fit 2-3 hours, and instead it took 4.5 hours, not even counting 30 minutes recruitment.

Shortening deadlines might trim some fat, but there's only so much to trim.

Headed home. I played through dinner, class, then back to Taco Bell to sponge free wireless, and now they're closing the restaurant around me.

GG all!
