this looks a little bit scumsided but not by a particularly bad margin. i generally wince at ninjas but i don't think it's that bad here since it's very unlikely for it to be a strong false negative - the ninja can't be the last one alive while the tracker works. i would pass the setup as is but would pass it happily with either the gunsmith or the vigilante gated a little bit less (e.g. vig -> odd night or gunsmith -> 2-shot or some such)

I echo schadd's sentiment--I'd say the setup is pretty runnable as-is, but would call it slightly scumsided. Perfect balance would be 50-50 town-scum, and this would be about I'd say ~42.5-57.5 town-scum. (We allow for about 10%, so that's within the acceptable cutoff albeit not by much.)

If you wanted a more perfectly balanced setup, my recommendation would be to either remove the ninja and turn it into a goon, or to lessen the gates on one or two of the town roles. (E.g. Novice Vig, which if it is too strong can be gated to Novice Nonconsecutive Vig, as a role that still is heavily encouraged to shoot N2 and couldn't immediately shoot N4 but would have more shots than just N2).

Yeah I kept going back and forth on how heavily I wanted to gate the vig. Definitely want this to be as balanced as possible and I like Novice Non-Consecutive for the vig.

I thought the ninja was fine here since, like schadd said, if they're the last scum alive, then the tracker can't do anything anyways + it's 1-shot so scum might feel incentive to use it early.

This would not be the best of wording. I'd recommend changing "motion detecting roles" to the proper term used on the wiki, of 'action investigating roles'. (Trackers, Watchers, Motion Detectors, Followers, and Voyeurs are all action investigation roles.)

Other than that, the role PMs look good, but I'd also like to see you type out the possible results for each role to make sure they're good there, too.
