It's possible. When I've been scum I've found it easier to pocket people in hoods because there you don't have as many town to influence them, so your words matter more. Also you can use personal appeals more easily.

Apologies, but this is untrue. You stated that you would not respond to me any longer so I could not continue my line of questioning with you, hence you shut down the conversation. We are currently waiting on a replacement for Cat Scratch Fever which, as I have stated, is my next Mafia read and so I can not question there until a replacement is found. Tell you the truth, 'm a little pissed that we can't get a replacement for CSF. If that slot really is scum, 'ts essentially getting to skate by for free on account of it not even being filled. From the moment I replaced into this game and started reading, your posts made me regret joining. I'm in three games and this is the one I am looking at the least, because having to read through your spam of nonsense makes me want to skip the rest of the DP, help the dog speedlynch Slaxx, and start the game proper in DP2. More than anything I wish I was mafia so I could let you meme the town out of their desire to play for me while I just sit around doing nothing. If we need a replacement for a town player on, say, DP3, and you continue to meme and fluff post at the rate you have been, what would you put the odd at that they actually read through the game in-whole and do anything other than sheep vote? You may be having fun pretending to be schizophrenic, but it's not good for the town.

This post cracked me up. Also picking this fight is probably a town move (albeit I don't think Menal has been that bad, he's produced more content than some. Whether that's town or not remains to be seen.)

In my opinion, it was the best method of starting to engage with the game as it was something substantive to discuss. I do not find that "fluffy" any moreso than posts such as post 28.

Here's the thing with Suji. Yeah, he's scummy, everyone knows it. He's got his kinda-too-formal way of talking as both town and scum, and beyond that pretty much everyone could agree he's probably the least charismatic person in this game. No offense.

Several players haven't checked in since activity picked up. So I would definitely be interested in what they have to say, especially since Suji is one of them.

I don't know about mafiascum, but where I come from I did a statistical analysis that showed a negative correlation between Post-Count Per Player in Day Phase 1 and town winrate. In other words, based on a sample of ~150 games, the more posts in dayphase 1 relative to the number of players in the game, the less often town wins. My theory as to why this is true is two-fold, (1) Players are reluctant to change their reads because they don't want to be wrong. However, given that DP1 is the point in the game with simultaneously the least amount of information and the statistical highest chance of a mislynch, reads are most likely to be wrong DP1. Extending the DP artificially prompts players to make more and more reads in a dayphase where they shouldn't have that many. (2) Players look back on earlier DPs at LYLO to solve the game. The more valuable and genuine information available, the more likely town solves the game at LYLO. Cross-applying the latter analysis of (1), we see that artificially extended DP1s prompt town players to give less valuable and less genuine reads because they are trying hard to make something out of the nothingness that is DP1.

All of the list part can be summarized as you not understanding where my reads are coming from and me not explicitly outlining it which is not even a problem but I'll humor you.
I can summarize my scumread on Suji as being from his lack of intiative to scumhunt and gamesolve throughout the game. He's been generally absent in moments where town would have been present I feel.
I scumread Slaxx for similar reasons. I buy into the case Lucky presented on him. Their vote post pop in and outs were bad. Not as strong as a scumread as Suji because earlier on they had some decent content but I'll take it.

So are we ready to end the DP and vote newSlaxx?

I don't see the point of lynching me when no one has given a compelling reason to vote for Saxx, so we'll be in exactly the same situation in the next DP.

537 - This checks out to me. At first, he thought that Suj was town. When he changed his mind, he naturally changes his mind on you, because he's introduced new information and has a new take on the situation.
