(66) by Ircher: A president shall be elected by a democratic election. Players may not vote for themselves. The first election shall run from the time this proposal passes until 48 hours after such time. The president is whoever wins by plurality; if there is a tie, a run-off election shall be conducted among the tied candidates. Presidents serve for a term of 76 hours starting from the time when they are officially declared president. While a player is the president, they may unilaterally veto any proposal, instantly killing it. A president may not be elected twice in a row. Subsequent elections shall also be 48 hours and shall run when a presidential term has ended.

Vetos by a player are a bad time. So no.
For the record, this means that 314 fails and 315 passes.
That should be it I think.
So I'm pretty sure that clears all the outstanding proposals, so y'all can go ahead and start proposing new ones. I'll figure out the specifics a little later.

Proposal 324: A proposal may not make more than one fundamental change at a time. What constitutes a "fundamental change" is at the discretion of the moderator, but as an example of the intended spirit of the rule, a proposal may not simultaneously transmute and amend a rule. Nothing in this rule shall be construed to prohibit proposals that simultaneously add a new feature to the game and set rules on using the new feature.
On an unrelated note, I made the last rule at 1 o'clock in the morning, passed out, and woke up at 6 and got on to find no replies.
I got 5 hours of sleep
Fuck me
I would like to separate some parts of the motion rule so we can amend/repeal/transmute parts of it instead of the entire thing, and in order to do that, we need to pass some additional rules. All of these proposals are already part of the current ruleset; like I said, I'm just separating out parts from it.
Proposal 327: Motions may supersede any and all mutable rules, but they may not override immutable rules.
Proposal 328: There may be a max of three proposed motions at a time.
