(185) by Allomancer: When a player's Reputation becomes negative, that player becomes "dead". Notwithstanding all other rules governing number of votes, dead players have no vote. A dead player gains one Reputation every 24 hours. When a dead player's Reputation becomes zero or positive, that player ceases to be dead.

346: A player may spend 30 reputation to draw a card and then shuffle a copy of it into it's respective deck.

and a method to gain extra reputation:

347: A player may discard a playing card to gain Reputation equal to it's number. For the purpose of this rule, Aces are 11, and the face cards (Kings, Queens, and Jacks) are 10.

Trust me, I'm going to put way too much effort into making the card system worth the PMs.

Proposal 349: Immutable rules cannot be repealed directly and must be transmuted to mutable first.

Since repealing a rule introduces a new rule, this proposal closes the loophole that one can repeal the rule that repeals the immutable rule, and this is easier to do (as the new rule is mutable) than reintroducing the rule and transmuting it to immutable. (I'll be handling the amending of immutable rules a bit differently from what I've done for mutable rules. I'll just cross out the number and put the updated rule kinda like what I'm doing for transmutation, so I'm fine with allowing amendments of immutable rules (if they pass) for now.)

(Note: This does not conflict with 315 as 1) 315 has an "unless otherwise specified" clause and 2) 315 deals with the mechanism of repealing an immutable rule

353: A player may duel another player by announcing their intention do so in in bold in the thread. Starting a duel costs 5 coins. Only one duel may take place at a time. The player challenged may decline the duel within 24 hours, which costs 5 coins. All players not in the duel have one vote to vote for a winner of duel, which they do by posting a vote tag with the dueler's name. The dueler with the majority of votes wins the duel. If there is a tie when all active players have voted, the defender wins the duel. The loser of the duel loses 10 Reputation and the winner gains 10 Reputation.
