Proposal 368: Players should not edit their proposals once another player has posted. If an edit on a post containing a proposal occurs two minutes or more after another player posts, the editor shall be penalized 2 reputation.

Two reasons for this to be a thing: 1) players could potentially change their proposal to something completely different from what it was originally and 2) it's more of a burden for me. The reputation penalty only comes after two minutes because sometimes you want to sneak a ninja edit in, but someone posts. Thus, the two minutes act as a grace period.

Also, the general election for president has begun.
