Proposal 378: Amend rule 112 to read, "Mutable rules may be transmuted to immutable rules by a supermajority."

I think it's okay for it to be easier to make rules harder to change, and I can think of a few times this game where a transmutation took much longer than it needed to.

Proposal 379: Players may exchange the Two of Clubs, Three of Diamonds, Five of Hearts, and 7 of Spades for a single vote token.

We need more things that use the playing deck.

Proposal 380: The president may exchange the Ace of Clubs and Ace of Spades for an extra veto during their term.

This is the same vein as 379.

OK so I looked over the rules and I've got a few suggestions.

381: Motions may be extended. Extending a motion sets the timer to a different amount than originally stated.

382: Players may spend 10 coins in order to get 1 reputation, or vice versa.

383: All players found to have violated rule 323, and their alternate accounts, are to be removed from the game. Players removed via this rule cannot rejoin under any account.

384: Transmute 360 to immutable.

That should be all of it.

While I agree with the idea of extending them, I do kinda want the 1 week thing to be a hard limit on any individual motion. I am more in favor of having people make a new motion each time. It would also help to be more precise on how extending works.

Let's go with existing proposals stay but you can't suggest new proposals until we're under 5 again.

Amend 381: Motions may be extended with a majority vote. Extending a motion sets the countdown to a different amount than originally stated. The time of the extension is chosen in the extension request.

385: Amend 315: Unless otherwise specified, all immutable rules require a supermajority of active votes to be amended.

This amendment serves a dual purpose: removing an irrelevant section (the "repeal" part, due to 352) and changing the qualification for amendations from unanimous consent to a supermajority, to match 378. (That is how you spell amendations, right?)

I'm against 385 because immutable rules are supposed to be hard to change. Hence the name. The only reason I allow direct amendment in the original ruleset is because transmutation is a huge time hassle if you want to change one little thing. In addition, the voting requirements are the same each time, but you have to do the process twice (plus a majority for amending.)

A player who duels someone who cannot afford to decline loses 5 reputation for beating up the poor.

This is also to prevent people from abusing the duels to drain someone of their reputation.

I am not declining the duel as of yet, but I am also not taking them on just yet.
