I don't agree with the logic that Dave being the second N1 suicidal cop claim makes him town. With 9 of those in the game, scum are definitely going to have at least 1, and there's no harm in claiming it after someone else does I don't think.

P.S: I have no grasp on the mechanical side of things. How concerned should I be about potential rogue elephants?
