Okay, made a risky play for Vi's 12. It's a different genre (risky!), but the way I came to like the song is similar to my previous two submissions. I wasn't sure how I felt about it on first listen, but over time I decided I liked it.
It is a difficult song though, and I'll explain more when entries are revealed.-

I put the first song I like at 12, and then as I listen to others if I like them more I move the rest down, and if I like them less I put them lower if space remains. If I don't like a song at all it doesn't get on the list. Then I leave the ones I liked open in tabs so I can re-listen as necessary to rank. But I also don't usually worry about the songs in the 1-6 point range as to whether they are ranked 100% perfect.-

My entry is Gabon. I think I need to put a trigger warning on it. The song is called Death Bed, and the lyrics are front the point of view of a person dying from cancer (or other terminal illness). This may make you uncomfortable, sad, or depressed. I know it did when I first heard it back in November shortly after we lost Glork. So, you may not want to listen to it knowing all this. This song kinda grew on me over time, and I try to focus on the hook rather than the verses myself.-

At least I am free at last for having to try and vie for Vi's 12 in a 4th contest in a row!-

I decided to skip on comments (mostly) for songs I didn't like. Ended up getting exactly 10, which is funny, cause the one entry I thought for sure was gonna get kicked off the bottom but then the contest abruptly ended cause we don't have as many entrants this time.
Germany - Off to a hot start. The piano reminds me of a song I wrote with my high school band-mates. Three of us played on the piano, I sat in the middle and played the melody, despite having no training on the piano like the other two.
eSwatini - Love Muse, this one is great. Whether this ranks high or low depends on the rest of the contest, as I will sometimes give familiar songs a penalty if the contest has great songs.
Egypt - Reminds me of 80s glam rock. It's fine, not a genre I'm particularly fond of. This is probably my average benchmark from here on out when it comes to deciding points.
Japan - It has nice head sway quality but also sounds a bit unexciting to me. Maybe it's just how in your face the backtrack is.
Belarus - It took forever to start up, but it was fine once it did. This song would greatly benefit from getting to the point faster.
USA - I am very hit and miss with scream tracks, but this one was a hit. Reminds me a lot of that genre of nu-metal that was popular in the aughts.
Sudan - I like the instrumental, but I'm not usually a fan of the heavenly style voice quality. I am uncertain if the woman is singing words or just humming a melody because of how much ambiance is tied to her vocals.
Cote d'Ivore - This is a weird one. It doesn't sound any special, but I kinda just drifted into listening the song with hot anticipation nonetheless. It ended up being very fun.
Portugal - This is okay, it's nice to sway your head to. This will end up joining Egypt in my average benchmark.
Finland - In a weaker contest this would get points near the bottom of my rankings. I like her voice and the melody, but something about the song feels off.
Netherlands - I didn't want to put negative comments on my rankings,... but you had the entire discography of Imagine Dragons at your disposal and you pick the single worse song in it??? They are so much better than this!-

After my 3rd playthrough of the list I realized that I actually really liked Cote d'Ivoire and it shot up from 6. Originally had Germany in the top spot after the first playthrough, but then moved USA to the top on the second. Really close top songs for me.
