Ah yes, bribery.
Oh, and:
414: A player may spend 100,000 coins to declare a card of their choice in a deck, draw it, and add a copy of it back into the deck.

There's exactly one reason to do this. Not telling you what reason it is, though.

Contract 002:
Jake will host a minigame of 1000 Blank White Cards. Each signatory may submit up to 10 different cards via PM to Jake. Any cards not submitted up to 10 when Jake calls time will be counted as Blank Cards. For a full list of rules on how to play, go here. The winner of the minigame will receive their choice of 10 coins from all Signatories, or 5 Reputation from all Signatories. Cards played during the round do not affect the main game, and the minigame may not end prematurely or before the deck would have run out. This contract will be destroyed after the minigame is completed. To become a Signatory, PM Jake with at least 5 cards and wait for Jake to confirm in-thread. Alternatively, you may have the username "Jake the Wolfie" to be a signatory.

Your proposal needs one more abstain to fail.

Oh.
Also, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, Jake, does the game of 1000 blank cards have a suckbox of any sort? I have at least one proposal (YES, PROPOSAL, NOT CARD) that might need it later.
Trust me, I just thought of something interesting.

Proposal 415: All minigames and anything of that nature shall be played in Frogstar World B rather than in this thread. A link to the game shall be posted and included in this thread while the game is ongoing.

Proposal 416: Discussion of ongoing minigames outside of that minigame's thread is not allowed. The penalty is 5 reputation and 20 coins if caught.

415 is nice. That works.
416, though... nah. I want to discuss the games while they're going on, you know.
Also you just provided precedence to claims automatically opening up their slots upon failing or passing, so hooray to that!

alright, since I've got some slots, let's define time:
417: For proposals, "a timely matter" is defined as seven (7) days, and "an officially timely matter" is defined as the end of the next week. A day ends at 12:00 AM, from this point on called "midnight", in the EST or EDT time zone. As of passing, it is the EDT time zone. The moderator decides when the time zones change. A week ends upon any given Saturday ending.

Yes, I did just define midnight.

You can discuss the game in that game's thread. Just not here.

My logic for that is simple:
You made 415 and 416 before failing the other 5.
I may be overthinking it though; timing is weird.

really though I just want that to be a thing pls do

There were available slots, those occupied slots 6 and 7 I believe. We can have a max of 8.

I'm in favor of proposals wait for my acknowledgement to no longer being pending for reasons I've stated before. It cuts down on the amount of work I have to do each update, and it isn't in place to allow me to indefinitely delay passed proposals or the progress of the game.

pedit: We already have a rule though for that, and what's wrong with simply stating a time?

I tried, ok?

And as for the time rule, having consistent vocabulary helps!
With that part aside though, there's no way around the "an officially timely matter" part.
I may or may not be overestimating how long this will take based off Agora as well so
