425: Players may exchange 1 reputation for a thousand (1,000) Life, but not vice versa. This is done automatically if any given player has more than 0 reputation and 0 or less Life. This proposal automatically fails if 424 fails.

I like the idea in principle, but I'm struggling a bit to see what purpose the life system serves that the reputation system doesn't. I'm for transitioning duels to using the life system instead of the reputation system if it passes, though, since it seems like a logical step to give it use.

My intent with the Life system is to have something that works as a "health meter" that can't be also spent on various stuff. I'm basically trying to separate the money and the health, when previously they were the same thing, now they shall be different things.

@mod If a Contract doesn't have any players, but players have the ability to join, then the contract should still stay.

There's no specific rule stating such, so technically, a contract could have zero people in it yet still exist.

So rule 361 says the president is elected for "one week". According to rule 417, "a week ends when Saturday ends." My interpretation here is that means logan5123 stops being president at the end of this upcoming Saturday. I imagine most of y'all would disagree with this interpretation.

Proposal 427: Rule 361 is amended to, "The president shall reign as president for seven days before a new president must be selected."

This more or less restores the original intended behavior.
