Elements throws his card-egg at Pigman. Pigman is now an Attacker Devil Physical wood(green) card.

Within the last year, Puzzle and Dragons has added characters with the ability to transform by using an active skill. This can change their abilities midgame. The art always changes. Some transformers upgrade to a new stronger form part of the way through a level and stay that way, others continue shifting between transformations.
Phantom Ninja Jiraiya is a flagship for the new feature. As a ninja, he is an Attacker, but he "disguises" himself as different iconic wood cards from PAD, allowing him to use that character's skill one time before he must change to someone else.

Spoiler:

He's still Mr. Jiraiya even when he's someone else, so Pigman's card will reflect the one most in line with Pigman's values and ideals. By the way, every character depicted except the bird has speaking lines in PAD's ingame cutscenes.

There is a new type-share effect : if two different cards with the Physical type are pinned to the OP, all town-aligned players will gain Bulletproof and Gunsmith. Pigman is the only player with the physical type though.
I may omit Pigman's physical type from votecounts for readability, but it is canon.

After the snowball fight, it seemed like every single child had become something new and different.

She pointed at a device with a slot at the top and two dangling wires. It was on the reverse side of one of the gacha machines, perhaps all of them.
"Whenever you start to feel funny, it's wearing off, put one of your marbles in the slot, and touch the wires.
If you make it a few days.. you'll stop ever feeling funny. And it will really be permanent. But if none of you share your stones, none of you will make it long enough, I guarantee it.
You'll have to decide how to share. It might seem like only the cruelest among you will benefit, but.. things never actually turn out so simple.

I will probably ask questions until I have something conclusive to build a read. So far, the only thing I've noticed on the last few pages has been Hoctac acting a little out of character and Pigman trying to make a friendly impression that I interpret as scummy.

The premise of him being a scapegoat seems generic, but plausible if he is town acting in a scummy way. It is more enlightening for me if I know what others think about it, so I can form my opinion.

Based on other opinions to build my own, I can learn other angles that I was not able to observe, something that is different from a blind sheep, for example.
