No one ever voted her. Also, asking for townreads at this point is like asking for a gamesolve. How am I supposed to determine alignments if no one is doing anything? That's not an observation I really trust. What would be the penalty for town taking an active role in this gamestate? Do you disagree with Raya's initial assertion that scum would take a leading role? I think you're feeling that town is more disadvantaged than it really is. Saying we lost from the onset was a joke. • Are we going to end the day without Tanner?

In post 416, Dunnstral wrote:No lynching in that scenario is a plus for Mafia, approximately neutral for SK (In my opinion), and a minus for Town

Even if Knightmare is town, we would be better off if he voted himself at the end of the last day phase, rather than waste a day and then get voted up again anyway.

Now we can't tell if he wasn't lynched because everyone was afk, or because mafia didn't want to lynch one of their own, so they didn't post. Which means we pretty much have to lynch him, now.
You're telling me that the optimal play would be for mafia to no lynch yesterday and mislynch today. You're also telling me that mafia avoided jumping on any of the other wagons we had yesterday and all stopped playing because Knihgtmare was about to be lynched. I don't know about that. I think this is an exploitation of crippled town.
In post 416, Dunnstral wrote:What looks too easy?
I'm playing through as everyone being scum. When I look through Raya's ISO, I'm not seeing her receive heat for anything and her votes are moreso convenient. I don't think you're actually reading.
In post 657, Paragon wrote:This is questioning/saying stuff for the sake of saying stuff. I don't think this is town.

Additionally, his take on defending me and questioning why Raya was going for me over him is very surface level - the logic being "but Paragon hammered scum", as if Knightmare wasn't going to be the lynch no matter what happened there. He's trying to remain too "objective" and "open-minded".
You find no value in my questions because you don't care - that doesn't mean I'm "questioning stuff for the sake of saying stuff". Also, your ego is inflated - my questioning had nothing to do with you: I was trying to see how Raya and Dunnstral differentiated their positioning on a Knightmare wagon from your own. And the only "open-minded" thing about me is me expecting any of these replacements to be worth a damn.

  • @Galron: I was bluffing. Whose alt are you
  • @Black Ranger: Why did you leave out Dunnstral's post to Elmo concerning NKs?

Are you a Dunnstral alt?
  • Why are you so certain that something discussed in a mafia PT can't be transcribed in a main topic?
  • I'm shit at setup spec, so I don't know the mechanical advantage of keeping X amount of town versus X amount of scum - are you saying that it would be advantageous for SK to kill mafia?
    • Are you certain that town wouldn't already be lynching mafia?

Will you vote Looker?
Yeah, he hasn't gotten into the town block with his posts today.

Especially the one that flat out says voting would cause conversation after he did nothing to promote conversation.

I didn't like that bit of sarcasm from him.
I'm not going to debate conversation with you when you straight-up said you wouldn't read. Also, you have no room to nitpick people's personalities. You called my posts bullshit and admitted you only replaced in as a favor.

Like, really? All it took was Galron pointing out Raya changed her mind about me to put him as town? We should be lynching brass.
Do you know what proactive means?

He's literally the only one engaging people.
The kneejerk reaction is to vote you due to your hypocrisy; however, I feel this is what you're going for. You've been trolling ever since you replaced in.

  • It's not scummy to look for the SK. It's scummy to engage in questioning that outs the vig.
  • Mafiascum is home to players with Rolodex's of alts. It makes it extremely difficult to meta anyone.
I think the scumteam is Dunnstral and brassherald, but I think Dunnstral is the vig switch. I think that's why brassherald is being openly scummy.

  • Dunnstral's right: mafia can't kill and switch at the same time. And I can't prove that I had no phone access, so fair. You can look through my other games/ego, but...WIFOM.
  • It can't be that straightforward.
    • We're all using the same tactic. I know why I'm here, but I don't know why Raya and Dunnstral are. And it would literally be more effective to bus than to no lynch.

Are you referring to the no lynch?

  • Dunnstral called me an idiot who doesn't read his role PMs. Even if that were true, surely the other two mafia members would've worked that out. Either way, Dunnstral calling me stupid (scum) is a bit over the line. I don't think it's an adequate excuse. I'm pretty sure the scumteam is brassherald and Dunnstral/Black Ranger.
  • What were the benefits of a massclaim today?
  • It's not even possible to be 110% antitown, especially when he didn't give any reasoning. I'd beware of buddying attempts.

If I'm left alive I'm just voting with SK anyway. End the game quicker.
I was trying to ensure there was no benefit to fakeclaiming vig. To me, that tactic always ends in an SK win at this point. There's no way to guarantee the vig wouldn't kill the remaining scum unless the scum is a universal townread. In that hypothetical, I would assume Dunnstral would be scum with Raya. This is why I don't do setup spec.

  • Dunnstral doesn't know what a hypothetical is
  • I'm not SK. If there's no CC, then it's Brass/RC scum, Raya SK, Dunn vig. I don't understand Raya's longevity otherwise.
