Alright, on a serious note, Gamma has a 2/3 shot of getting the shot next round if they use their Spade.
1. Both hearts are used, which cancel out and Gamma gets the shot
2. Neither heart is used, therefore it goes down a tier and Gamma gets the shot
3. Only one heart is used, however nothing else matters in that case.
Therefore, ignoring the prisoner's dilemma that is the hearts, Gamma should definitely use the spade.
