Do we know what the card distributions for 8 players looks like? I only played 7 wonders for up to 7 players before.

regarding passing directions:

Hands in Age I will be passed to the left (up the player list).

I always list the direction at the bottom of the updated boards.

We are playing with the Cities expansion, which comes with 9 new cards in each Age. 7 of the 9 cards for each Age are randomly selected and added to the base game deck that we have been using in prior games, so the card distribution will be exactly the same as before plus seven Cities cards. Note for Guilds that there are new Cities guilds, but they are added to the pool that Guilds are chosen from and the number of total Guilds in the game remains the same (9 Guilds). Age III will therefore have (9 Guilds, some of which may be from the Cities expansion) + 40 base Age III cards + 7 Cities Age III cards, while Age I & II both have 49 base Age cards + 7 Cities Age cards.
