So far I really like "All the Mods 5" modpack.
Especially looking at create mod which is even more Rube Goldberg immersive than Immersive Engineering.
I'm going to do a bit more playtesting to see if there are any gotchas, and if not then will archive one of the older server images to put it up.

For anyone who wants to make sure their computer can load/run it, here is the modpack link. I can't easily check the version that Akliz has but it's usually within a day or two of current, so hoping that version 2.18 that I'm running now will be available.

I actually really like the ATM5 pack. Been playing it recently and its pretty fun.

Mine did that the first time too for some reason. It was a complete flat ocean world. Second world was fine though.

If you use a normal launcher forge is figured out for you. If you're a diehard DIYer then it's 1.15.2-31.2.36.

Customizations:
On my first few test worlds the caves were so overblown that there was more cave than solid. Not conducive to early game survival. I tweaked some of the Better Caves settings down just a little, and turned off "crevices" in Quark. If anyone finds they now have insufficient caves, they may petition for an upward tweak.

The /home, /spawn, and /rndtp commands are enabled in ma essentials. There are two config files for that, no idea which is the real one so I tweaked both of them.

Spawn should come out in a hut, let me know if it doesn't. There is a bed to help pass the night if you're unlucky enough to arrive at a bad time. There is a village somewhat nearby, feel free to visit but don't go overboard plundering. Word of warning, villages default with an iron golem now, so don't piss them off!

I'm getting an issue trying to launch the pack via twitch. It can't find the correct forge version and I don't know how to fix it. Google said to create a new profile with the correct version of forge and move the mod files over, which I did but still getting the same error.

"Failed to find Minecraft resource version 1.15.2-20200515.085601 at C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\Install\libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge\1.15.2-31.2.36\forge-1.15.2-31.2.36-client.jar"

The launchers put up a red x = client server mismatch, but it's a false alarm. Try to connect anyway and it should work.

Is there any way to store XP? I can't find the usual items we use. I know IF has essence and essence storage but not sure how to convert one way or back.

I don't remember details of xp storage. There is a XP orb ore too which I don't know how to use either.

The whitelist was copied so you should be -- if not we'll just need mc name as usual.

I think I found something - XP Tome is a mod that adds a book that you can store a limited amount of XP in it or something. Haven't tried it yet but I'm relieved to know there's at least an option.

<edit> XP tome is basically garbage. Doesn't hold hardly anything at all. *sad face* </edit>

The XP ore - you just "eat" it, and it gives you a level.

Found a blaze spawner in the nether and set up a warp for it, just type /warp blaze in the chat. It is safe.

MODDED MINECRAFT UPDATE:

Had to get rid of a troublesome mod (QuarryPlus, or rather, AdditionalEnchantedMiner ) so before you can connect next time, you'll have to disable this mod in your files.

Go to this folder, wherever it is on your computer: Twitch\Minecraft\Instances\All the Mods 5 - ATM5\mods
Find the mod listed above and type .disabled at the end of it so it looks like this:

AdditionalEnchantedMiner-1.15.2-15.3.3.jar.disabled

Post here if you run into issues.

If you disabled the right mod it should work. Can you show me a screenshot of your mod files?
