To clarify some quick points from folks--there is ONE question in each of the eight categories, not eight questions each. Sorry for the confusion there.

Additionally, when I say "fastest correct response", I mean the time between you initially submitting the form and submitting your answer. You receive no advantage from completing this challenge earlier, just make sure you've finished prior to the deadline.

Challenge One Results

While you were bonding and doing the challenge, the spectators were also hard at work. A ragtag team of eight spectators individually completed the questions.

After reviewing the results, I'm intrigued to note that...the spectators crushed you. They had a resounding 4/8 question plurality. With that in mind, your performances collectively were...shameful, frankly. Because of that, all three tribes will be going to Tribal Council.

Oh. Um, Zoraster is telling me that I'm not allowed to do that. So let's get to the results. You all successfully got each and every question correct! That means that every question will come down to time.

Spoiler: Science
Lichtenberg figures, or keraunographic marks, or lightning flowers, are haunting marks left on the skins of lightning strike victims. Today, they could be a haunting image for one or more tribes at Tribal Council. T-Bone completed this question for Alexandria, VashtaNeurotic completed this question for Bangkok, and tris completed this question for Casablanca.

T-Bone finished in...01:18.

Vash finished in...3:06.

Tris finished in...1:44.

Alexandria gets a point!

Alexandria-1
Bangkok-0
Casablanca-0

Spoiler: Social Studies
Elephants, hyenas, zebras, and giraffes were all featured in an embassy sent by Emperor Lalibela. Similarly, some of you will be dealing with a menagerie of personalities at an extended Tribal Council. Aristophanes, D3f3nd3r, and Haschel completed this question.

Aristophanes finished in...04:05.

D3f3nd3r finished in...0:40.

Haschel finished in...0:59.

Bangkok gets a point!

Alexandria-1
Bangkok-1
Casablanca-0

Spoiler: Speeches
The military-industrial complex caused a lot of problems for Dwight Eisenhower. What coalitions will post problems for you? Awoo, Animorpherv, and Aronis completed this question.

Awoo finished in...0:40.

Animorpherv finished in...01:21.

Aronis finished in...0:33.

Casablanca gets a point! We're all tied up!

Alexandria-1
Bangkok-1
Casablanca-1

Spoiler: Sports
Larisa Latynina has earned the second-most Olympic medals. Like her and Michael Phelps, two of you will have your own distinct honour this round--being the first people voted out of Survivor: Know Your Enemies. Kdowns, grody, and SleepyKrew completed this question.

Kdowns finished in...0:26.

Grody finished in...02:33.

SleepyKrew finished in...00:17.

Casablanca gets another point!

Alexandria-1
Bangkok-1
Casablanca-2

Spoiler: Stories
Godfrey Cass was reviled around town in Silas Marner. Will you avoid suffering the same fate? Summerinwonderland, Pine, and Cheery Dog completed this question.

Summerinwonderland finished in...03:00.

Pine finished in...01:07.

Cheery Dog finished in...01:04.

Casablanca wins another point! With the way points are distributed up to now, one more point will secure Casablanca's victory!

Alexandria-1
Bangkok-1
Casablanca-3

Spoiler: Sundries
Charlie Brown's father was a barber in the popular comic strip Peanuts. Which one of you will have to survive a close shave? Rahladahla, Mist7676, and Gamma completed this question.

Rahladahla finished in...0:33.

Mist7676 finished in...0:21.

Gamma finished in...0:57.

Bangkok wins a point!

Alexandria-1
Bangkok-2
Casablanca-3

Spoiler: Suppers
Cookie Monster has consumed a lot of rice cakes over the years. Which of you will be consumed by this game? DeasVail, DK, and Espeonage completed this question.

DeasVail finished in...0:53.

DK finished in...0:40.

Espeonage finished in...02:02.

Bangkok gets a point!

Alexandria-1
Bangkok-3
Casablanca-3

Alexandria, that means you ARE going to Tribal Council. If Bangkok or Casablanca get the next point, they win outright. If Alexandria gets it, we go to a tie.

Spoiler: Survivor
Ross Clarke-Jones was eliminated from Australian Survivor through a tragic accident at a challenge. Two of you, however, will be eliminated through the normal course of this game, at Tribal Council. Let's find out who it is. Creativemod1, Malkon, and Reundo completed this question.

Creativemod1 finished in...01:18.8.

Malkon finished in...01:18.7.

It all comes down to this.

Spoiler: Results
Reundo finished in...0:41! Casablanca gets a point AND immunity!

Bangkok and Alexandria, it's time for Tribal Council.

The two tribes going to Tribal have FORTY-EIGHT hours, in accordance with the rules, for their first Tribal.

You have until (expired on 2020-09-03 16:00:00) to submit votes in your decisions channel in the Discord server.

Challenge #4 Results

Hello, dear friends, and I hope you enjoyed this fun challenge on new tribes.

I have some news that I am certain you'll find to be enjoyable--every single person submitted an answer! That means that it comes down to a pure battle of wits.

I'll reveal the results one round at a time, showing each person's response in ascending order.

Spoiler: Round 1
Image

After round 1, Delhi has 30 points, and El Paso has 45 points. Delhi needs to do well to catch up!

Spoiler: Round 2
Image

Round 2 saw Delhi get 52 points, while El Paso earned 38 points. That brings the total to

Delhi: 82 points
El Paso: 83 points

It could not be closer...one point separates the tribes, that means it comes down to the results of Round 3!

Spoiler: Round 3
Image

A conflict between Espeonage and SleepyKrew caused chaos!

With a resounding accumulation of 73 points, close to double Delhi's 37 points, El Paso wins immunity!

A reminder, the tribe going to Tribal Council will have forty-eight hours for Tribal Council. Best of luck, players.

Friends, I messed up. I gave a clarification on this challenge that ran counter to clarification we had given other players, who had already attempted the challenge. With that in mind, please be aware of the following--

You should be the only person to access the form. Soliciting others to do it for you is not permitted. In addition, while our lovely spectators and eliminated players are all lovely people, you should not be soliciting them to do anything regarding this challenge. YOU can cheat, they are forbidden to.

We are resetting the challenge. In the interest of full transparency, here are the puzzles that you would originally have encountered.

Anagrams

1. mgae
2. yleapsr
3. lppeoe
4. sydsenleel
5. luerc
6. evot
7. nseifdr
8. lstil
9. fraet
10. reov

You can find the revised form here.

The deadline will be extended. If everyone has finished the challenge by the original challenge deadline, we will reveal the results then. Otherwise, we will reveal them, at the latest, at 9 PM EDT, just over 24 hours from now.

Challenge #13 Results

I'm not going to lie to you. This was a brutal challenge. Some gave up, some submitted wild guesses, and some persevered to conquer the task. All I can tell you for now, however, is that someone DID win immunity.

The correct answers were Xofelf, 1934, York.

Spoiler: Who Dat With The Immunity?
Dk, Tris, SleepyKrew, and D3f3nd3r each failed to identify any of the elements.

Haschel and Aristophanes each found 1.

Malkon, Pine, Awoo, and Espe each correctly named 2.

Three people participated and found all three elements. One was Vash, who finished in 71 minutes. But he's dead, so who cares, right?

The winner of immunity...with a time of 34 minutes...Zor's wife!!!

Oh, wait, she wasn't eligible to win.

With a time of 63 minutes, 17 seconds...

SummerInWonderland wins Immunity!

Awoo was voted out, and is our fourth juror.

Challenge #17, Getting Jiggy With It
Challenge Number:
17
Challenge Name:
Getting Jiggy With It
Contact First for Questions:
Zoraster
Rules for Discussing with Others on Tribe:
You may not discuss this with anyone else until all involved in the conversation is done.
Link to Form:
This is the form.
Winner Determined by:
Fastest Time (from submitting start form to submitting finish form)
What needs to be submitted to win:
A screenshot of both the solved puzzle AND the number of pieces in the lower land-hand part of the screen along with the Congratulations! box.
Time limit or Max Time if Applicable:
60 minutes
Description:
You will be given a 144 piece non-rotating jigsaw puzzle. You must try to solve it as quickly as possible. The shortest time from submitting the start to submitting the link to your screencap wins immunity!

Your screenshot MUST include the number of pieces in the lower lefthand corner as well as the completed puzzle.

Tools.
In the lower lefthand corner there are a few icons. I highly recommend enabling the little ghost icon. Additionally, you can have it automatically arrange your unused pieces so they don’t overlap.

Note that the time you will log is NOT the time shown at the bottom (as you can pause this time) but rather the time between starting the puzzle and finishing from the forms.

You can practice a similar 144 piece puzzle with the same settings here: https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=2a9ee50df71b

Players, it all comes down to this.

One person won immunity and a spot at the Final Tribal Council.

The rest of you will have to fight for it.

As the players discovered, these questions were...somewhat personal. Therefore the results of specific questions will not be revealed here.

In alphabetical order, here are the results.

Spoiler: Aristophanes
Out of twenty questions, Ari got...eleven correct.

Spoiler: Malkon
Out of twenty questions, Malkon got...nine correct.

Ari is in the lead, and Malkon is out of it.

Spoiler: Summerinwonderland
Out of twenty questions, Summer got...fourteen correct.

That means Summer is in the lead. It. All. Comes. Down. To. Tris.

Spoiler: Tris
Tris got...twelve correct.

That means SUMMER! Wins Final Immunity!

For the rest of you (well, and also Summer), you have until 18:00 EDT to cast your last votes to eliminate. Best of luck.
