If we mislynch today:
Tomorrow is a %40 chance we lynch scum. Game ends there.

If we lynch scum today:
Tomorrow is a %20 chance we lynch scum, if we miss that we have a %33 chance. 1/5 + 1/3 which is 8/15, around %50(?) So lynching scum today would be beneficial, but theres also todays chance of lynching scum, which is 2/7 which you have to multiply this by. Its overly mathy, but my point is we dont lose out on anything if we mislynch today. We can make associations, just like we can with a scum flip, but i've seen that in experience wagons on town lead to more information. Either way, you're right, i guess it doesnt make that much of a difference.

Basically, the important part is that if we launch scum today, we have a 46.7% chance of winning overall.
If we launch town today, we have a 40% chance of winning.

Launching scum is slightly preferable, but there is utility in launching launchbait if we think they'd be a liabilty in LyLo, since we can flip town!them with small consequence. I can't see launchbait this game though (yet).

This is purely based on me knowing his in-person feelings for Mafia as a whole (I can say with complete certainty that GC will prioritise his enjoyment (specifically tied to our participation) over the most optimal nightkill (in the hyperspecific scenario that killing one of us two would be the most optimal kill), this is only in this specific circumstance and on N1 (maybe N2 depending on the gamestate). I would be very hard-pressed to see GC nightkill me or Hop N1

As for fluff /meming being scummy - it depends on context. If done to obfuscate/dodge I'd say its scummy. I dont think its ~independently scummy~ if anything.
Best way to scumhunt in a mountainous is to look at who/what is being pushed and when. This is how I've seen effective town players do so.

Two things are wrong with this
A. It goes to post 0 which doesn’t normally happen if you just use [post] code

1-windows is scummier. And i think e has a point. If i still kept on trying to lynch em then in a townflip i end up with nothing. And in a scumflip i still end up with no info, so even if i dont get a windows lynch i'd like to think looking elsewhere will at least get me more info. I'm not saying im completely convinced out of it, but i want to check out windows, and then ydrasse. Consider my elimination pool there, i'm still thinking on it.

3- I just come in, read some stuff, close it, do homework/go out w/e and then come back at night and respond to anything i remember and new stuff. So no, i just react to whatever i remember reading and just read, which is why i sometimes end up responding to stuff posted pages prior.

As for fluff /meming being scummy - it depends on context. If done to obfuscate/dodge I'd say its scummy. I dont think its ~independently scummy~ if anything.
Best way to scumhunt in a mountainous is to look at who/what is being pushed and when. This is how I've seen effective town players do so.

That's what I was thinking. Like, they're pretending to be town that's quickhammering themselves while giving some final advice. Tempted to leave Wandows around to lunch tomorrow; my scumread there is still very strong.

Reason I think the Hop/I scumpings from the memeing thing is scum-indicative, is because Koba isn't a player who scumreads that sort of stuff; they do it themselves at times. When I saw Wandows doing it, I just assumed they fit into a certain archetype of (serious) player and it didn't mean much, but knowing now it's Koba means those reads are very likely to be fake.

The funny thing is, that Flopz is cleared as town unless he's scum with very specific people. I have no reason to believe Alisae's hammer was anything but accidental.
I do not by any means have extensive experience playing with DkKoba but I know that what Ydrasse says is true, and they do have a rather uniquely defensive roguish playstyle. Nothing WindowsXP has done has struck me as absolutely scum-motivated.
Ydrasse will require an ISO read for me to form a proper opinion on her slot, but off the top of my head it is somewhat likely to me that she is mafia.

This post is entirely conjecture and serves no purpose. Grumpy Cat, why do you think that I or Ydrasse would not convince Flopz to kill Hopkirk?

These are personality reads. I believe you and Ydrasse are less likely to force Flopz into a nightkill he doesn't want to make for fun-reasons. Am I wrong on you? Also, how does this post serve no purpose? It's very uesful for ruling out Flopz as scum unless he's paired with specific people.

I am not happy that Ico was hammered so soon, but they were a good PL regardless the way they were playing entitled. I think there is still scum within hopkirk/GC.
Also as for the games i "read". I must come clean and say I did lie and was using games that we both played in and was trying to apply meta. At the very least i wanted to get them to make some concrete stances that werent rooted in some 1v1.
I expected to likely die(no dead thread pm ): ) so i didn't bother using my free time i had between work shifts to draft anything up, but I will look through everyone at some point whenever i can. I'd like to play today a lot slower as we only used 1 day on d1.

Ydrasse's early contributions seemed to me like appearances and no more. I need to read this slot fully to compare more recent posts but nothing has struck me as overtly town-sided.

Alisae has presented the clearest intent to solve of any other player thus far. I stand by my belief that the first day hammer was accidental, but I'm not sure scum would have reacted to such a mistake as Alisae did.

Paladin is scummy because of the way he pops in and the stuff he chooses to comment on. There's no interest to solve. There's also a bit of elitelling.

Dogem/Ali are unlikely partners for the way Dogem entered today. Mainly because I don't think most scum are bold enough to go for the kind of theater that Dogem did. It also looks weird for both if you if you start off by proposing a policy lunch but then shift off of it.
