the fact that he only claimed it yesterday doesn't change the fact that he could have done a proveable action on n0 or n1

people are giving him a chance for him to prove it, but he's had three chances already

that doesn't change the fact that he had ample time and oppurtunity to do so already, and that last night would have literally been the perfect night to do so given his reads and how the day ended yesterday

also i'm p sure that at the end of day1 he was alluding to using his action but i have to go back and double-check
