I don't buy into MC's reasoning 498 about the Flea's council coming from scum because it assumes that Flea is scum based on a difference of reads rather than an outline on why Noraa/Murdercat/Infinity/Flea/Tracy/Gamma cannot be all town. (Even though scum existing here is a valid assumption because this is 2/3rd's the plist, it's not sound because it's possible.)

Yeah I just hate getting into 1v1s, and koba can get on my nerves and I just didn’t feel like continuing that exchange. In terms of pocketing, I like to develop positive interactions with my townreads because it helps town synergy. If it felt like pocketing then *shrug*

My murder read is basically at “I need to see the town!murder I know otherwise I’m scumreading him”. I was able to read him as town really quickly in the couple games we’ve played together, he isn’t always immediately towny to me (spectated a game where I thought he was scum for that reason) so I’m giving him a chance. Some other things that pinged me were buddying early on, and a bit of awkwardness when I discussed my read on him around 379. Not the central reason for my read, but may be more useful to you.

I would say my description holds, but feel free to read yourself, this is most of it.

I think this would be a new development in Noraa's scum game, but I was not in her other scum games I just read them for meta. Death Curse was certainly unique in a few ways.

Mostly I think claiming to have a read on Flea based on a tell but holding on to it instead of immediately putting it out there (as I would expect someone doing it for town cred to do) and hard tunneling purple are super town Noraa things. Also FWIW, I'm not going to take my lack of reading Noraa well in Death Curse as a hit to my confidence in my ability to read her because I did have a strong SR on her and the reason I came around was in large part due to a mechanical error that luckily worked out in scum's favor. (Not to take anything away from Noraa for playing well, I do think her AtE was outside of her previous scum meta and it did throw me.)

I think the big thing I have on Flea is they have a totally different personality this game compared to Death Curse, but I would expect people to be more reserved as scum and I honestly kinda buy the argument that it was hard to get into death curse with that game type / playerlist.

2. Purple is obv town but the reasons listed don't track. Feels over explainy and yet with no substance at the same time

3. uncrowned is kinda vibing towny for me but this reads like TMI that uncrowned is town. But then I'm like *tin foil* Outworld might just be trying to get uncrowned in the council??

4. The read on me is just not true, it's similar to the read about purple. I've been kinda avoiding leadership in general in this game as for once I don't have to do it.

5. Infinity and Gamma reads sound like "these players are town but there's some doubt about them so I'm gunna leave some light suss and push for miselims there later"

Like if this were in a scum iso I would be like jackpot, none of this fits with the gamestate, let's see what they were pushing
