i am actually super-curious about the whole "i know there's protective roles on both sides" explanation though

so i kind of want at least a partial claim in regards to that

Titus and S_S are neighbors. They supposedly become Lovers if and only if one of them turnstiles.

If they both make it to Day 4 without turnstiling, they don't become Lovers.

Titus thinks this implies multiple doctors to protect the Lovers especially with scum having multiple nightkills, even though both claimed protective roles claim to only be able to use their role in their current timestream, so it would be impossible to protect both anyway. And then on Day 4, when I assume scum probably go back to having only one nightkill, they're not lovers anyways. So I don't really get why she thinks this would imply the need for multiple protections. Not to mention I don't think Doctors are used to protect Lovers anyway.

Cabd has already pointed out that town would probably never agree to being lovers and I don't think town would agree to forcing them into being Lovers.


Bell thinks Titus claiming to imply him being a real doctor is only town-motivated.
Titus claims she did it to protect Bell from me, even though I already lost interest in the Bell wagon and went back to pushing her before she came back in to catch up and claim.

Bell is claiming to be a Doctor that protected Imperium (the IC) on Night 1, but Imperium died anyway. Which means something probably interfered with that connection (either by roleblocker, strongman kill, or something else) or Bell is lying.

You literally went right after two of the slots (Dunn and Annie) that are unlikely to be the interfering role since they're pseudo-clearing each other from that Night Action.

my personal hypothesis is that a red flip from pooky would make it more likely that whoever the tracker sender is (which is another conversation that probably needs to happen) might be more likely to be scum by virtue of pooky knowing not to make a kill that night. this needs a red flip from pooky before i go anywhere near that path though obviously

I was mostly just seeing if you could engage more with me there, because one of the things that *caused* unwnd frustration was unwnd's sense that his LLD scumread was not getting engagement in the other thread. Given your interactions with LLD is still probably the worst(?) element about your slot I was kinda hoping to see whether you had been townreading unwnd in part because of that interaction but it seems like you're jut not really focusing on the specific developments of unwnd or why unwnd was doing or feeling the way he did.

I'm actually not huge on Dunn being town. I need to revisit unwnd's posts this game. I townbinned unwnd early based on early effort, but I wasn't a huge fan of him opposing the potential of a townblock early and I guess I can sorta see a player replacing out in frustration as either alignment.

I've definitely at least mentioned unwnd's frustration before, which I was originally leaning town on.

well i think my townread on ceph was pretty shallow to begin with. like i originally thought "ohh scum cephrir would show more difficulty posting" and ceph even said that wasnt true and the more i think about it this could be that ali vs pine game ceph. and the sorry fact the most defining aspect of ceph town game is hating to play the game. which i don't feel is here.

Because I assure you scum me would 1) not be paying anywhere near as much attention to this game as I have been, 2) not have posted nearly as much as I have been, and 3) had thoughts to the depth as they have been. can you expand on your current reasoning on sb9?

I didn't like LLD's early interaction with SB9 where it seemed like she was propping him up for a townread to have him sent over to this side. It's partially due to her supposedly thinking he was a newbie player despite his joindate [and we literally just watched her do this to unwnd in Xenoblade 2] and SB9 going [oh this is obviously a tvt ].

And I don't really like SB9's push against Dunn here. Like his argument is that Dunn's setup spec pointing towards Bell being lying scum is scummy, and I don't get that impression. If there were other things he said about Dunn, I don't remember it because I was obviously not vibing with SB9's scumread on Dunn.

I also hate that SB9 spent most of this game crying about needing to be sent to this side, and then when it was pretty much confirmed that he was, his investment in the other thread tanked where he complained about not much going on while the other thread was waiting for us to sort out our shit first, and then deciding not to read this game during that time or during the night phase when he pretty much knew he was already coming over here Day 3. As a 'roleblocker'. Where is the town mindset here?

Could you share your thoughts on Spiffeh and Bell, here vs there?

I only really payed attention to the first Day of the game because Notty and I got NK'ed on Night 1.

From what I remember, Bell tried to hardtownbin Noraa early even though Noraa was doing this weird fake town stuff, and Noraa was scum that game. And the way he was doing it felt a little unnatural. His play this game isn't really the same, and it's why I originally told Notty early on that he felt different at the beginning of this game and had him as a townlead. However, in this game, some of his reads felt a little OMGUSy, which after seeing him admit to his play being seen as such here as scum, makes me reconsider him a little bit. And I also don't think that if he truly believed he was town and should be townread that he would feel the need to constantly remind us how much he loved our thread and that he was town this game. Kinda feels like he was just projecting or trying to lie to himself.

As far as Spiffeh was concerned, I'm pretty sure I've mentioned it before this game but I was concerned that he was just targeting A50 because A50 could've been giving him PR vibes. In Pooky v FL, he tunneled Solstice for the majority of that game and I thought Solstice gave PR vibes there , but I wasn't really scumreading Solstice in that game and thought they could've been town 9(which is why I wanted town to end BM who claimed VT in that game instead of letting Spiffeh wagon Solstice there), and they did end up being the enabler to the scum-Supersaint. Here, I actually agree that A50 could be scum and I don't think there's a good reason to townread him this game outside of his claim, which really isn't even that townish to begin with considering what's already on the table. So I'd probably lean more town on Spiffeh here just because we have a shared scumread.
