Which means the next patches will be for the new expansion (rumored "Mists of Pandaria") and it's starting content.

Assuming it comes out Q2 next year (they haven't even announced it, to be fair, and we've only just found out that 4.3 is Deathwing, nothing more), that's a year and a half which has been their kinda target "length". I'd guess 4.3 in October/November, and maybe a 4.3.5 like RS was in LK around January/February and then new xpac in June/July.

3 new 5-mans will also be with 4.3, one of which is more than likely to be CoT: War of the Ancients (would've been more epic as a raid imo, but damn).

WoW (at least to me) after a certain point gets to feel like a grind or a job unless you're in with the right group of people who all keep a certain activity level. Our group was a good group, but our group activity level wasn't the greatest.

Log in, do your dailies, run some heroics, grind some professions, play the AH, maybe fuck around with some BGs, rinse and repeat. Log off.

Do the same day after day. That's literally how it got to be for a while when I was waiting for our raid group to take off.

I'm back but playing a lot less seriously. Work right now is the main factor in that. I want to play more, and maybe find my way into PUGs or something. Also, Raid Finder should be.... interesting.

But I mainly came back so I get Diablo III for free... >_>

My buddy and I transferred with the intention of starting a guild. Not that that's faded, but with my move on the horizon and him trying to find a second job that doesn't try and run him into the ground, we're kind of in a holding pattern of leveling the guild, stocking the guild bank and just gearing up in LFR. Definitely a long-term thing we're working on here.

Depends on what you're leveling. Monks get dat XP buff which on top of guild perks and heirlooms makes dungeon grinding a fairly quick way to get from BC->MoP.

Find a guild that does them, I know my old guild used to run old shit. Most people do runs at 90 now for transmog gear or achieves, but I'm guessing they usually want 90s for that.
