3rd party chance seems somewhat high (>30% I'd say) considering the theme-y nature of this game. (As opposed to say the last one.) In particular, the renaming of the phases is a really different change, so it's almost guaranteed some roles play around with that. A 3rd party role relating to the funky naming scheme seems a good candidate.

So with that said, my guess is either 12-4 or 12-3-1. Also, it's worth pointing out we're starting on evens. I think that points further towards the possibility of 3rd party here.
