Getting logged out randomly

On my phone, if I try to use MS in the parking spot outside of my apartment on the edge of where my wifi can reach and handle it, I tend to get logged out in a quasi-random manner as my phone dithers between whether to connect me to the internet through my wifi connection or through mobile data. It kills the session cookie I guess. My best guess at your issue is something similar to this. Losing connection to the internet for a very brief and otherwise unnoticeable duration of time or having a mixture of internet connectivity or any number of other things like that.
