Uh, is this the setup you meant to submit? The mafia traitor's first post in neighborhood b would be "I am a traitor."
"Let us say that you are right and there are two worlds. How much, then, is this 'other world' worth to you? What do you have there that you do not have here? Money? Power? Something worth causing the prince so much pain for?'"
"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"

It'd be less bastard to accomplish that with an informed modifier if that's what you wanted to accomplish. Gunless goon is a pretty common role but I guess it's true it's not normal, although it really ought to be since it's just a traitor with half the twists, and the missing twist is the more controversial one.
Or what about a traitor mailman? I think that'd subvert player expectations even less. There is a brief delay there for day 1 compared to other options but it's a large.

Actually normal queue does have gunless goon. It's Mafia Doctor Compulsive Ninja Visitor.

You don't need the doctor if there's no gunsmith in the setup.

Compulsive commuter is no longer identical but may be more palatable.

I would rather you hack gunless goon in this way than with traitor, as a day one traitor flip creates bastard impressions about how bussing should be viewed. The other hacks don't.

I am confident that is how compulsive functions, it has been used that way for scumteam in the past. (It is necessary that the game doesn't include default multitasking though.)

I think 11 looks ok. Anything with an SK is so flexible on what you can call balanced because it depends a lot what happens with the SK.

It's unnormal to lose two obvtown in one night, kind of. I think is what he meant.

Since scum vig is banned. (and SKs usually don't shoot obvtown leaders i don't think)

I think it leans scumsided and it has tons of scum complexity so I'd be interested in simplifying there

Im concerned about the informed too. What about "all babysitters in this game are Combined Vigilante Babysitters. All vigilantes in this game are Combined Vigilante Babysitters".
Guessing about vengeful isn't an interesting kind of thing to guess about. Like, it doesn't even make it incorrect to mislim the slot, just unexpectedly reduces the benefit for doing so in a way that feels bad. If you told someone about a role and left out that it was ninja I would be more like, yeah, ok, that's neat, making them guess about whether tracking is good.

I concur that another weak PR would be fine

How does an enabler for a combined role work? Does it shutdown the entire role if it dies, or just alter it?

I think it's the former.

Looking at all 3 setups you've designed, I think your modmeta is such that a vanilla cop is the same thing as a neapolitan in your setups. Which is maybe more town power than ideal, here, actually..

Yeah, the punch line is that gypyx has never put a mafia goon in a single setup, so a particularly sharp speculator would rule out mafia goon.

Its.. just another angle for wanting some more simplicity from gypyx's designs.

I think you'd fit pretty well in the theme queue

The wording on the town informed is awkward. What if they both had mailman so they could do the awkward wording part for you N1. "Masons that can't talk" has an official name is a theme role, can't remember what it's called. I think I like the rest of the setup.

The innocent pair is a finnicky thing and Flavor Leaf is the primary so his taste with it is going to matter much more. It's not crazy to say it's good as is although "I know you know and know you know you know you know" is kind of spirally

yeah I think that's the name of the theme role.

Only the primary has to approve. Sticking to the primary secondary model developed in 2018 or whenever is key for review pace and minimizing reviewer burnout imo

Im happy anyways though

If the babysitter is shot and the babysitter targets the player the mafia JKed, then that's two kill attempts and the babysat player still does, right?

it wouldn't be ambiguous if it was just combined doctor roleblocker
