Yes, I thought it was clearly going too far to be real but also I assume things are somewhat based in reality so I was somewhat worried and the potential of it being exaggerated in order to be AtE as scum was a legit factor that seemed reasonable here so I thought it was scum indicative.

I'm empathetic, anxious, and skeptical. It made sense to me in many ways.
