MafBlack on mobile?

I can't figure out if I can get the darker theme when using my phone that is designed to be used for mobile.

My desktop preferences have mafBlack as it's setting, but using my phone the theme changes to sepia with slightly larger link buttons. If I override the mobile version and use desktop, I can get the black theme, but link buttons become extremely small.

Can I have my cake and eat it too?

Do you get the enlarged buttons on black? The only way I get black is if I use desktop site on phone which is difficult and requires a lot of sizing the screen.
