I'm not going to be around for deadline; probably won't be around until about 90 minutes or so past it.

Both parts need to be true in order to change your move after you post it - I can't have declared your turn over yet (by announcing the next player's turn) AND the next player can't have taken their turn yet (by announcing their move). If either has happened, it's too late.

Two minor changes to the Activity Rules:

1) When I invoke AutoPlay due to a player missing three deadlines or missing a prod, that player will now have 48 hours, OR until the end of their next turn timer (whichever is less) to verify they still want to play.
(This previously did not have the turn timer clause, which could have led to further game delays if the other players are playing fast - as the player would then have a 24 hour turn timer due to AutoPlay being invoked.)

2) Restoration of the 48 hour turn timer for players with AutoPlay backup will now require seven turns in a row of on-time play (on the 24 hour timer) instead of four.

Edit> Also adding guidelines for replacing in. Anyone who isn't in the upcoming game may volunteer to replace in if needed; please volunteer via PM if interested. Volunteering lasts for one game.
If anyone needs to replace out, I'll contact volunteers in the order they volunteered. Volunteers have 24 hours from the time I contact them to take over the slot.

If the departing player has taken 1-2 turns, I will remove the volunteer from the queue upon replacing in. If the departing player has taken 3+ turns, I will *not* remove the volunteer from the queue.

First comment: holy crap, that was a fast game. Less than eight full days from start to finish, with an average of 3 rounds / 12 turns per day. Thank you everyone for keeping the game moving!
Second: I think that's the first time the winner of the game did not have any Tier A cards in play?

If someone in Game 7 wants to trade spots with someone in Game 8, I have no objection to that; it'd need to be agreed upon by both players in question.

Just to clarify, Pooky: are you saying you just want to play in the same game as Noraa (which in this case would involve staying in Game 8), or are you saying you want to play in the same slot as Noraa?

Staying in Game 8 is totally okay, but there's a limit of one player per slot (barring things like temporary replacements due to extended V/LA, which I've okayed before).
