I've seen scum-pooky. Right now, I think catching him is more about the effect of his play than about his posts. Maybe seeing more of his scum games will make it easier to spot him. Even spotting scum-him, though, doesn't necessarily get him elimmed. I used to think that he was more aggressive as town. Maybe that's actually true, across the entire course of a game.
