The laws of Noraaland

General Laws

1. Obey all site laws, which can be found here.
2. Do not quote your role PM or any other PMs sent by Queen Noraa. Paraphrasing is alright.
3. Do not blabber about the game outside of the game thread.
4. Play to win.
5. Do not use extremely tiny text, cryptography, invisible text, or any similar shenanigans.
6. Do not use provable randomness. This includes dice tags.
7. All the purples and pinks are mine. Keep ur hands away from them.
8. Once you have died, you have one “bah” post and that is it.
9. When in doubt about anything, ask Queen Noraa for clarification.

Voting and Deadline laws

1. All votes and unvotes must be with VOTE: or UNVOTE: tags. Bolds are terribly dumb.
2. Votes made in spoilers will not be counted. I lazy.
3. Abbreviations and nicknames in votes are ok, as long as I can tell which tsunami you are voting.
4. When a player reaches a majority of votes, all votes are frozen and that player is banished to hell. All players may continue to post up until the thread is locked(better have speedy fingers cuz Hectic is super on top of stuff).
5. Tsunamis can vote to end the day without an elimination. Do this by voting for a “No Elimination” with vote tags.
6. The first day will have a 10 day deadline. After that day phases will be 7 days. Night phases will be 48 hours.
7. If all living players agree to it via PM, I will end the night phase early.

Activity Laws

1. You must make at least one game-relevant post every 48 hours. Players who go 48 hours without posting will be prodded. Prodging is annoying but I might accept it depending on the circumstance.
2. If you are prodded and do not respond within 24 hours, you will be replaced. If you accumulate 3 prods, I will force replace you.
3. If I have not found a replacement for a player being replaced and they post in thread, they may take their slot back. If I am force replacing, this doesn't apply.
4. If you are going V/LA, please announce it in thread(in bold) or PM me. Players on V/LA are excused from the prod rules for their V/LA.

Noraa laws

1. I will not lie.
2. I get the last say in everything. Period.
3. Scum may not concede(you must be a tsunami of persistence and also I wrote up a shit ton of flavor; ur not allowed to end the game early)

Day 1

Short story number one: Queen Noraa and her discovery of pearls.
Part 1~

One day Queen Noraa was dancing out in the middle of the sea when her

servant

friend Gypyx walked over with his newly acquired treasures - a big handful of round shiny orbs that he had found somewhere out in the sea. She was curious how something found in the sea could be so shiny and perfect. They were like nothing she had ever seen. As Gypyx wandered off, a small current(that Noraa sent) snatched away one of those orbs and brought it to her. She examined it for hours and compared it to little rocks on the sea floor but they just weren't the same!

Part 2~

She searched and searched for months but she couldn't find the origin of these shiny orbs when finally one day she decided that it was probably a smart idea to go ask Gypyx where he had gotten these shiny orbs. She asked Gypyx and he told her that he had gotten them from Hectic, an old crab that lived in a huge cave. Noraa was determined to find out where these orbs came from so she gathered her courage, called her friend Morning to come with her and they set off to the big cave with the scary old crab.

As they neared the cave entrance, Noraa felt more and more unsettled. She had heard that crabs had huge scary pinchers and were terribly evil beings. She peeked out from behind Morning's shoulder and felt this eerie silence. They silently moved closer to the cave entrance and tentatively took a peek into the cave. The old crab didn't seem to be there. Morning gave Noraa a confused look and Noraa just shrugged - she didn't know what was going on either. As they both turned to leave, they heard a scraping sound and a raspy voice, "Oh how rude of you. You didn't knock"

"Ow my butt hurts" says Noraa.
"Shut up should we swim away now?" whispers Morning.
"But but those shiny orbs" said Noraa.
Morning sighed.

Noraa was bored at home one day and finally finished with her dumb chem homework. She decided it was a wonderful time to go pearl hunting! She texted Morning and asked if she wanted to join her but Morning declined because she hadn't finished her chem homework quite yet. Noraa was extremely sad but then realized that she could just force Gypyx to come with her! She rushed to Gypyx's house and grabbed him by the arm and off they went to find pearls! Two seconds later she realized that she probably should bring Mumu because Mumu would be like a pearl detector. She rushed back into his house and carried Mumu out with her.

Off they went into the forests in search of pearls with Gypyx occasionally muttering about how he wanted to be at home eating seaweed chips.
"This is SERIOUS BUSINESS, Gypyx" Noraa says.
"Yeah yeah" Gypyx says as he rolls his eyes.
"Can you tell Mumu to find me some pearls?" Noraa asks.
"Mumu isn't hungry right now though .. I just fed him" Gypyx says.

As queen Noraa wakes from her long slumber, she asks her attendant what had happened in the game. And the attendant goes on and on until finally she tells Noraa there has been a banishment.

Noraa squints at her attendant.

"Bhabie why are you so tense?" she asks as she hops off of her tsunami bed. Noraa quickly gets up to look at the playerlist and sees that Surfing Pikachu as their friends call them is banished and gasps.

She noms on some chocolate sadly knowing that one of her precious

town

tsunamis is banished.

"You have been bad children" she thunders at her town tsunamis, "Bad bad children"

And stomps off to the kitchen to get more chocolate.

Noraa peeks out from behind the rock that she was hiding behind to see a massive dragon with large purple eyes, small horns, and a huge scale-y body. She starts backing away when suddenly she realizes that Mumu is gone.
"Gypyx where tf is Mumu?!" Noraa asks.

"Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii Mumu" a fruity echo says. Noraa realizes a hot minute later that the voice was the dragon's and the dragon was .... saying hi to Mumu?
Noraa looks around and sees Mumu right next to the dragon and whispers to Gypyx, "Gypyx is that dragon trying to kidnap Mumu? I hear that kidnappers always start off by saying hi and then they offer them candy and-"
"Relax Noraa, that's Mumu's aunt, Nancy" Gypyx says.
Noraa uncomfortably looks around feeling stupid about being scared.

Noraa cautiously looks at Nancy and squeaked out a small "hi"
Nancy turns her head a little and says "Kidnapper you say?"
Noraa's face heats up a few hundred degrees as she quickly replies "I-I'm sorry about that. I didn't mean to say that."
Then she turns little bit and finds Gypyx laughing at her red face and throws her slipper at him(she also came in pajamas because she forgot to change of her dinosaur onesie and bunny slippers)

Noraa perks up as she hears the magic word-pearl.
"There's a bunch of oysters up ahead. I can take you there" Nancy continues.
Nancy lead them through a few more forests and finally they got to the place and Noraa found her pearls!

Queen Noraa yawned loudly as she woke up from her slumber.
"Bhabie has anything happened over there?" she asks. She gets no response and sees Bhabie standing in the doorway trembling.
"Bhabie what happened?" Noraa asks angrily.
"The-the-the" Bhabie stutters and drops the tray of donuts as she runs out of the room.
Noraa quickly gets up and runs to her laptop. Once she sees what has happened, she realizes why Bhabie was so scared.
"YOU FOOLS" she screams.

"My precious faerie, the afterlife has good reception" she says as she slams the door, "Heaven didn't deserve you, dear"

The wrath of Queen Noraa is a lesson to be learnt.

Short story number three: Queen Noraa and her search for the mysterious dragon, Ydrasse.
Part 1~

It was winter break! Noraa decided it was time! Time to get herself a baby dragon!!!! She called Morning and Gypyx over and they set off to fetch Hectic. After they woke the old crab up from his midday nap, they set off to find the dragon Ydrasse! They swam through forests and forests until hectic called for a break because he was tired and couldn't keep up. All three tsunamis sighed and stopped in the middle of some random forest. Just as they stopped, Noraa's tummy started growling.
"I-I skipped breakfast" Noraa said.
"Oh no" Morning said.
"I'm hungryyyyyyyyyyyy" whined Noraa.
"We're not going to hear the end of this are we?" Gypyx asked.
"Nope" Morning replied
"HuNgRyYyYyYyY" Noraa whined again.

"Bhabie what was that sound" Noraa sleepily asks.

"Ugh that stupid attendant keeps running away from me ... am I that scary??" she grumbles as she puts her bunny slippers on and walks to the door. As she grabs the slip, she takes a deep breath and unfolds the paper.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHYYY" she screams as she throws things everywhere.

"So, what brings you three and that crab here?" Nancy asked.

Nancy lead them through a couple more forests and they arrived at a huge cave entrance.
"Here it is!" Nancy said.
"Have fun. She's grumpy today" Nancy said as she quickly left.

Gypyx gulped - this was not how she was last time. Ydrasse's eyes lit up like balls of fire as she looked at them.
"THIS STUPID STRAND OF HAIR WON'T STOP FLOATING" she thundered.
Hectic scurried over and clipped it off with his claws as she raged.
"Oh" Ydrasse said as she noticed the strand was gone.
"Oh that looks much better" she said, much calmer than earlier.

"You were the one who agreed to fast night" Noraa snarkily says.

Noraa impatiently taps her fingers as she watches Bhabie trip on the stairs and drop all the papers. It was gonna take a while she realized so ran to her stuffed animal pit for some fun. Two hours later, Bhabie was back and searching for Noraa.
"Over here Bhabie" Noraa yells from the stuffed animal pit.
"Coming!" Bhabie yells back.
"Alright so what happened?" Noraa asks, "Fill me in on ALL the tea"
"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell" Bhabie says, "something interesting happened"
"OH?"
"Yeah! So there's been two deaths aaaaaand ... you may not be very happy about the deaths but um ... I brought donuts!" Bhabie quickly pulls out the box of donuts.
"Yeah yeah whatever. Leave the donuts here and leave" Noraa says as she throws stuffed animals at Bhabie for bringing her bad news.

"You all are here to buy an egg aren't you?" she asked.
"Yeah!" Noraa piped up.
"You've come to the right place then! I am a professional collector with hundreds of different kinds of deep sea dragons" Ydrasse boasted as she lead them down a hallway and into a large room with hundreds, no thousands of dragon eggs.
And Noraa being the pickiest, spent the rest of the afternoon searched for the most perfect looking egg in the room.
