it's possible that my lack of explanation doesn't help. but these are two really recognizable and unique elements about lilith so let me elaborate
for the spicy part you need only go to her gtkas and ctrl f spicy
as for her stewardship over topic-based threads, she's started multiple discussions (see: here and here and there's a finance one somewhere too) where she makes great information posts about these things and is really encouraging to people who are getting into these things as well, and great at facilitating discussion. I think she also enjoys doing puzzles and cooking and some other things.
i don't know of anyone else who has a posting presence that eclipses hers in that way and she just comes across as a very savvy and multitalented person overall
