i'm kind of upset that there were 700 announcing roles in this game and not one of them ever visited me q.q

Mastina- gut, but i trust my gut on mastina. i've trusted my gut on Mastina over a cop check (
Vanilla cop
checking mafia goon with 1 goon flipped so not a full cop, but you get the idea)
Xtoxm- maybe i'm biased but the stuff with Auro on their server is locktown

i like+/liked people in there before but i want to reread all of them

i checked that game because i wanted to get the role name right, then decided to intentionally use 'vanilla cop' instead of the actual role (wet rolecop) so that i could point back to this later

i'm not so convinced dunn was a vig hunting kill. look at his suspects- he was going to vig jjh or IV next, and they were both town

a50 was probably killed for his role, but he was not completely off the elim table. i don't think i'd have killed him yet, especially with no clue where his target was going.

I wonder what xtoxm was pushing at time of death too. I dont see bell/oka as very analytical scum players and their partner is either someone who's been checked out or you, so I feel like shooting obvtown or correct players are their most likely moves

I'm sorry but I'm being asked to judge which of these slots that I overall feel are incredibly town and have been for the vast majority of the game, is the least-town of them; I'm being asked to judge which of these slots that have almost nothing scum about them, is the most likely to be scum.

I admit that it does deserve further deep delving into crucial areas of the game but on that metric your objective towncred and objective scum measurements are in fact lower/higher (respectively) than most others, at least without a deep delve into their nuances.

But subjectively I do see the town in you and the lack of scum.
I just also see the town in Titus and Hopkirk and the lack of scum in them.
It's kind of insulting to be rated lower than titus' empty iso because loludidntvoteforbell.

I was active earlier in WH13 when it was active. My energies went to the faster threads because there was more there, just like the early days here.

To argue that I gave more energy in WH13 is disingenuous. I gave both approximately the same amount of effort.
The middle of this game was plenty fast.

It's not disingenuous because it's my real opinion lol.

I guess there's a world where the a50 thing was because they rolecopped him but like it's not as if titus or hopkirk have played such shining bastion of town games that I feel like I need more options. I guess someone other than him dying would help me figure out who's scum, but I also feel like he's the only shot we have of getting it right today so.

Re bell- I think I took "bell is an easy read" to too great an extreme. I haven't actually seen his scum game, but I did see how easily he got a town pass in tenet. So I doubted my read when bell started doing anything.

didn't you have ythan as locktown? has that changed?

i also suggested 'what if you get two monitors, put one anime on one and listen to a dub and watch it with one eye, then put a subbed anime on the other one with the sound off and watch/read it with the other eye' and flopz told me to kill myself. he's a pretty opinionated guy on anime. although if you ask him about his favourite ships then he'll talk about them for hours lol
i did, i mostly still do, but it's important to always be thinking. and when i see you putting in a ton of effort and titus dropping insane dumbtells like not knowing who the bell slot replaced, i have to at least think about it

In post 6022, Ythan wrote:Deas requests a summary of where each of you is at and why, including pointing to a previous post where you've already done so that still holds.
I have returned to feeling comfortable Ythan is town. As previously stated, his actions around the A50 fiasco and his hammer of Bell are good enough for me. Also, seeing a scum game of his convinced me this isn't it.

I think it is most likely Titus, although I'm not tunnelling. She just hasn't demonstrated much town motivation or done much of anything besides vaguely shake a stick at VCA. I think it's totally reasonable Oka could have chosen to bus her over Bell given competing scum wagons, and although I confess I do find her apparent consistent inability to remember which players have flipped scum this game to be +town, that's not enough on its own.

Hopkirk has done decent analysis and put effort in all game, even if I've found a few things skeevy. I am sure AGar is screaming at me from the grave, but I feel like I should get a brownie point for not wanting to eliminate AGar at least. That said, his roleclaim is kind of ridiculous, and that's the main point against him as far as I'm concerned. It surprises me that he just kind of ignored (iirc) the discussion around whether he should be preserved for a day until the neapolitan outed while knowing the result would not clear him.

I still plan to do more research before arriving at a final decision; I also plan to selfishly take their leanings into account (if one of them is dead set it's me, then I might as well hope it's them since we lose otherwise).

If ythan picks a townie, he has a 66% chance of being right
then, picking scum from the remaining two is a 50% chance.

if we just pick randomly from among us, it's 33%, but 66% x 50% = 33%

cmon it just intuitively makes no sense that this in any way improves our odds

oka townreads hop for no reason
has a few interactions with titus that aren't especially noteworthy

he's just whining and whining and why is this scummy?

he's whining and not doing anything about it, honestly i think he's just flailing and minimzing damage by minimizing possible associatives. there isn't any attempt to say this is who i townread and this is who i scumread here are some reasons, no i dislike x because y for reasons z, it's just vague general angryposts that mean nothing

okay in depth catchup plus responses to stuff pointed at me later
In post 2519, OkaPoka wrote:also i like titus and would rather her see lylo than ythan and titus is more likely to eat a bullet if she's town eventually so there is that argument if you are into that

where my head is at prior to isoing hop & titus

hopkirk:
+interactions with oka
+generally has been present and scumhunting all game
-claim is ridiculous
-some points made by agar, probably
-response to jjh investigating him and lack of snarky comments towards me for continually focusing on his role... maybe this is dumb but i feel like he does not want to talk about this any more than absolutely necessary
-if this is scum and i lose to a fake vanilla cop enabler, spiffeh will meme-suplex me off hell in a cell 18 ft through an announcer's table into the shadow realm, where i will live out the rest of my days wallowing in shame

titus:
+oka preferred to vote her over bell
-has not really been trying until today, and has not shown much town motivation through the game
-oka did not seem to care that much how bell vs titus turned out (and in fact kept trying to push mastina instead)

In the middle of my blood ritual, I received a vision, not from Cthulhu, oh great green Cthulhu, but from another.

In my visions there was a short man, I think he had to be nobility but he did have a strange name, fuckwad I believe? Nevertheless a short man who showed me a world of the green Cthulhu. The fields of grass were consumed by an ethereal swampy mist, truly vomit-inducing. And though I had hated the world at one time, an old warthog and strange time travelling doctor had ironically showed me the goodness of this god given earth. They may have been recent converts to the cult of the green Cthulhu, but in their conversion I realized that the world was not so deserving of such a terrible fate. Finally, I realized my eyes had been clouded by the call of Cthulhu and I had immediately put an end to my ritual.

But unfortunately, what has been done cannot be undone. The call of my green monstrous overlord has been heard, and it has been awaken from its eternal slumber. Cultists from around the world have been summoned to finish the ritual, and they lie in the shadows among us. I must call on my new allies and friends to put an end, an end to the final cries of the green Cthulhu cultists. They serve a singular purpose, to make sure that Cthulhu becomes love, Cthulhu becomes life, and that is something we simply cannot let happen.
ur excellent btw
