town doesn't come out of the gate excited about being town, even if they like playing town. especially since i was extremely excited to play this game but my excitement waned when the thread was opened 24 hours after mafia was done picking roles. scum come out excited because their nerves are higher so they're more likely to be agitated or bombastic with their entry. at least, that's what i believe. hence the nervous energy behind implosion's "hello!!!!!" and "wow!!!!!" posts.

thus endeth the lesson. now that i explained it i expect a flurry of implosion votes.

I had minimal interactions with other players too, not only Artemiana. The reason behind my minimal interactions is my exams. Then I started to catch up but Artemiana was on V/LA, so the chance to interact with (specifically) her became less. Then the wrong hammer happened before I came online, and I'm the one who identifies that the day was not over yet. After that, I was catching up again, while Artemiana still didn't show up. I didn't want to over the day soon without hearing what she had to say, but there is a thing called time difference and for that, I couldn't be online at the time Artemiana decided to show up and made her case as bad as hell. If I was there that time, I also voted her.

because I'm fairly sure the setup doesn't have scum pick town roles, it just has them effectively pick how many there will be. Or I guess the phrasing in OP is a little ambiguous since it does say some are granted by mafia but it also says some are granted randomly so they wouldn't have safe fakeclaims either way.

I'm pretty sure this is right because I doubt Artemiana would fakeclaim a PR that she knew would get CC'ed.
