andres pinged me for what i explained, but he hasnt been around more to actually interact or say more. alisae already is making me go ? because of that normal game where e instantly clocked me for town and this game theyre like they dont trust me and idk, maybe i expect someone boasting about how well they can read me being able to tell that i'm town again fast enough and it's jarring to me that they're in opposite territory, pooky isn't inherently scummy but i don't like the way he's talking about the game basically and it's not any deeper than that.

those are the most concrete reasons i have to dislike people/not heal them.

Ok see, this sentiment I don't think would affect a town!ydra and I don't even think she would come out with the andre read if she was town. I feel like she's kind of similar to me in that it takes us both awhile to actually get reads and I don't see how she gets to this conclusion. i mean i think ur first mistake is trying to explain gut reads because you can't really explain your gut or instincts beyond that and it also takes time for people to actually trust your gut/instincts.

ok so how do you actually explain what your gut tells you or what ur instinct tells you. While there is theory behind it, if you have to call it gut/instinct, then by nature it's going to be difficult for that person to explain because its based on their instincts/gut feelings. Another player might be able to tell you this is why and how and understand it, but some players do just rely on their gut/instinct and its harder to make those players explain it since they don't understand it, its just their instincts. If you instinctively have a feel for something, its harder to describe/teach it then it is if you understand how that something actually works/operates.

These are my thought processes. I don't normally post these in thread but I needed to write my thoughts out as they came to me and post them.
We would have to try to find scum in a situation where we can't decide on the best person to exclude and we have to compromise. This route basically says "We can't decide on a person to exclude, lets try to get as much information as possible." This route basically also entails killing the leader of the group if it fails because it helps to determine how bad the group is. If its scum, its likely to have more scum in the group. Technically its wine but given this very eventful dayphase so far it should be sortable w/ more information.

To me Infinity makes the most sense.

I find it difficult for me to look at Pooky and go "Ya, I can genuinely think this is scum" because I can't answer who he would be paired with because I don't know he doesn't seem like he would be paired with anyone. Sure you might not care about this because you individually scumread people but for me I feel like everything that has happened within this game must have happened for a reason. The gamestate is the way it is, for a reason. To me, figuring out who the guy would be teamed with is just another piece of the puzzle to me. If I can't answer "Who is this guy partnered with" then there is something wrong with that answer and I have to figure out why that is. I cannot answer the question of "Who is Pooky aligned with if he is scum" because I just do not think he's aligned with anyone and I don't buy that we're just going to exclude him because he's doing nothing. To exclude him because he's "doing nothing" is lazy and usually means that a slot is town to me.
Like maybe it is Pooky and I'm just wrong.

And When I see Infinity and Flea I think "Okay, so these 2 players I feel like have perfectly supported each other in their gameplans. Flea isn't doing much of anything and Infinity feels like could be playing a scum motivated game. This answer makes sense to me, I can see this being what we're dealing with."

I don't know, what do you think I should do? Do you think I should just exclude Pooky, and if the game doesn't end do everything within my power to kill Infinity? Or should I not give in and do what I believe is right, not compromise, and try to get my way so that either I can win and claim all of the glory or be proven wrong?

idunno tbh the first thing I think of when it comes to your play is that it could be scum motivated where as a lot of other people I have a really hard time saying that.
I basically feel like there's only 1 scum in you and andres and I want say that andres has the townier play than you do even tho andres probably has higher chance of flipping scum.

Ya, I'm going to make the high risk high reward play because even if it fucks up the reward I get for killing you if ur town is a lot of information that'll help me sort the group.
Like, Yes, its safer to kill within the group, and if this fucks up we'll have 1 less ml to sort the group with, but if we want to win the game we have to kill in that group of 5 players regardless and I feel like your flip will provide a lot of information in regards to which one of these 5 players we should actually be killing.

My take on the gamestate is that andres pooky flea all town scum very okay with this gamestate dead air dead villager and if you flip town then this take is probably wrong and also I feel like the game becomes a bit more sortable.

Like, your play is the most likely to be scum motivated I feel like if this take on the gamestate is correct.

idunno to me I just see what happened and I'm kinda weirded out. Generally if I touch a nerve someone will react to it. ig if you really put it that way ig there would be no reason to react if your scum (or even post) but even if there is or no reason to be reacting here as scum it's still weird that I decided to take this huge risk and most people would probably react how tris did but instead it went through w/o any problems.
