to be fair, flea seemed pretty locked on to hammering inori. was faer target the target of a failed push and then maybe flea jumped off to fit in with the crowd in the hopes of stumping later?

No. This is a serious misrepresentation of Flea's stance. Flea wanted to be the one to hammer IF we decided to fade Inori; however, Flea was NOT advocating hammering or fading Inori. Flea wanted to hammer BECAUSE of faer ability. In particular, had Inori been town after all and Flea hammered, Inori would've been treestumped rather than faded.

A slightly less sarcastic non-answer is that there are no reads because yesterday ended too quickly over a triviality. The only thing I can conclude is that there was scum on yesterday's wagon.

Gj scum, though this setup is kinda a troll to town.
In the future, I'd recommend upping the number of staering town required. Only 3 is really low and gives town next to no agency.

I agree rerolls are very time consuming, but I also agree with the general consensus that arbitrarily changing alignments isn't great either. The problem with the latter is that even though there are a lot of roles in GIM, many of the more unique ones are limited in alignment spread, and that becomes an important piece of information.

I think the first thing I would do would let everyone repick from the current roll while telling them that there were too few town or too few scum. If that still generates an invalid setup, then you do an actual reroll.

and yeah, consider adding an aliveline to your game because of this game (I'd suggest a 24 hour aliveline where hammers straight up don't happen for a normal time game - that is Days (not Twilights, Days) can't be less than 24 hours long)

People troll around and don't post when votes don't carry weight. I speak from experience of having used to do phases where hammers don't count (even though I still counted votes).

I think "Minimum Deadline" while wordy communicates the intended idea with the most clarity.
