I think it should apply to users who play Mafia games which are less rigorous and more freestyle (see: Grand Idea) as well as spend most of their time in the "Other Forum Games" Forums.

The plural of User was used to denote and concede that multiple users could fall under that category. However, I believe that there is one user in particular that it would fit best, were we to search. In contrast, everyone else would either not be a good fit, or would fit better with a different title.

You should get to know her as a player. Refreshing to play with tbh
Sometimes she can win games by doing absolutely nothing.
So you anti-nom before getting the explanation you're asking for.
I anti-nommed because it's a naked nom.
If these are supposed to be gifts, then there should be explanation given, otherwise the default position is to not give them the title.

I would like to anti-nom Nora for that series of titles, as it feels more like trying to find the title for nora rather than givinh nora the title because it fits.
While this is definitely true for most of the titles, I actually think that fluffy tsunami fits all of the qualities I have for a title for a user. It is something that I believe is very characteristic of Noraa in a way unique to her, the title doesn't feel like it'd apply to others as well as her, it feels apt for her playstyle, fitting what she does, and overall, I think that it actually has quality to it.
I feel the same way about this nomination for Datisi as I do for the Noraa nomination, although I admit I am less familiar with Datisi and less able to verify how well it fits.
Given this,
48 hours
for
fluffy tsunami
for Noraa: (expired on 2020-12-24 08:07:30).
Speak now or forever hold your peace.
For Datisi, going to finish reading this thread and if there's not more talk there, I want more there to help verify that, yes, my initial feeling is accurate that it IS highly apt for Datisi, and then if I see this I'll give that same 48 hour treatment.
I officially anti-nominate Noraa's proposed title on several grounds:
1) It was born out of a desire for Noraa to have a title and therefore was searched for, rather than out of a spontaneous thought about a title for Noraa.
2) It does not specifiy apply to Noraa, as it can describe any user who happens to be kawaii, furry, or both.
3) Noraa participated in the proccess of her title being chosen.

But if the community is coming together to find a title fitting for someone, doesn't that mean the community wants to give them one? I see no problem with this. What is the benefit of a spontaneous title over a crafted title?
Titles aren't meant to start out extremely broadly. If you throw a broad starting point at the wall, something will stick, irregardless of who you're talking about. Try giving me a title with the start of "Undirected" and you'll see just how easy it is to link that to my personality.

In post 2993, Aristophanes wrote:2) I think it describes her, and only her, very well. I noted earlier that without any prompt from this thread or anything else, I called her a Tsunami of Fluff in my MotM nom for her. The wording of fluffy tsunami is even better than that. She's a *kick the door in and be cute* kind of person who has a unique brand of it. She has a posting style which will drown you if you are unprepared. I could easily see her somehow getting into a fluff machine at a build a bear factory and just having a blast within it. Who else does this apply to?
Tbh I see the title "Flurryiously Typing" to be a better fit with their average post count per day.
I did not claim that I knew others that it would apply to. I claimed that if someone was Kawaii or furry enough, that it would fit. Kawaii is obvious enough. Furry because Fluff stuff.

Interference is interference, even if it's dismissed as non-harmful.
Are you implying that I somehow dislike Noraa or her having a title? What an evil insinuation to make.

But to come out and say that Ari made an "evil insinuation" because he said it seems like Jake dislikes Noraa, well, I don't think we should throw around the word evil like that and calling someone's words evil because you don't like it is taking it too far.
Yes, their words were evil, not their character. I have said nothing about their character.

I still think you've gone too far calling Ari's words evil when they are simply stating the optics of what you said.
Even if it was an incorrect accusation to make, that still doesn't mean that any of this is relevant to my original post, or anything that followed.
