Upon hammer, the hammerer proposes an alternative elimination. Votes are locked to just those two!

If a Townie is eliminated, Scum win.
If a Scum is eliminated, Town win.
If a Jester is eliminated, Jester wins.
If the Vengeful is eliminated, they must submit a shot. If that's Town, Scum win. If that's Scum, Town win. If that's Jester, Jester wins.
